Waterfront vacation rentals in Platja de l'Arenal

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable confortable. Excelente comunicación con Murielle desde el primer momento, facilitando la entrada y la salida de forma flexible. El apartamento está perfecto para dos personas, muy confortable y limpio. Muy buen gusto en la decoración y los detalles. Está muy cerca de la playa del arenal, en una zona muy tranquila. Ha cumplido nuestras expectativas con creces.

Gonzalo nous attendait pour nous montrer le fonctionnement du parking et de la maison. Cela est appréciable. L’appartement était très propre et sentait bon. Tout est absolument conforme aux photos. Les literies sont parfaites. La vue est réellement superbe. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, rien ne manquait. Et Gonzalo, aussi bien que Vicente, nous ont dit de ne pas hésiter à les contacter si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Les chiens ont apprécié de pouvoir jouer à la balle depuis la terrasse jusqu’au portillon donnant accès à la rue. Il y a comme un petit parc herbu devant l’appartement, les voitures sont donc éloignées, pas de bruit. L’appartement est remarquablement placé, proche de la mer et des promenades, commerces, bars et restaurants, du port. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le parking souterrain, car garer sa voiture dans la zone peut être difficile à certains moments. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement. Nos encantò todo. El piso era muy bonito nos gusto mucho las vistas las cama la cocina todo de verdad. Alex fue muy amable conmigo y siempre muy disponible… volveremos pronto ❤️🥰

We hebben in het appartement een geweldige maand gehad. Er was niets te bedenken wat niet aanwezig was. Na een melding bij Maria dat de Gusto koffiemachine het niet meer deed bracht Manuel binnen een uur een nieuwe. Een klein probleem met Wifi hebben we met een zeer prettig contact met Maria samen opgelost met de nodige humor erbij. De foto’s van de advertentie geven precies aan zoals alles is. Binnen donker? Niet in de zonnige maand mei dat wij er waren. Geen doorzonwoning dus een donkere hal met overal goede verlichting. Prachtig zwembad met zeer mooie goed onderhouden tuin. Kortom niets op aan te merken en voor herhaling vatbaar. Een dik verdiende pluim voor Maria en Manuel die bij aankomst een uitgebreide rondleiding en uitleg gaf

Wij zijn heel tevreden met ons verblijf in het mooie appartement van Paloma en haar man.ook alle adviezen, die we van hen kregen , over de regio en restaurants waren heel goed en fijn om zo ons verblijf in Javea nog leuker te maken dan we hadden verwacht. ook de zeer persoonlijke benadering van Paloma en haar man, vonden we ook heel fijn. het park, waar hun appartement zich bevindt, is mooi aangelegd en ligt ook in rustige omgeving. al met al een aanrader om hier naar toe te gaan voor een heerlijke vakantie!!

We had a fantastic stay in Xàbia! The apartment is in a brilliant location—just across the road from a supermarket and only a few minutes’ walk to the sea, the port, and great restaurants. The apartment was very clean, well-decorated, and perfect for our group. Each room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed using the balcony and rooftop for relaxing and drying clothes. There was some construction noise from a neighboring building during our stay, but that’s outside the host’s control. Overall, this is a great place to stay and we’d absolutely recommend it. We’d love to return in the future—thank you to the hosts for a wonderful visit!

Hemos estado casi un mes en la casa de Lucia. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, el piso es super cómodo, tiene todo lo q necesitas, grande y amplio, seguro y con todo nuevo!!! Lucia un encanto, pendiente de q no falte nada! la verdad una experiencia de 10 tanto el piso como el lugar. Sin duda volveremos a Jávea y siempre contaré con el piso de Lucía si está disponible!! gracias por todo Lucía!

Hemos disfrutado mucho los días de estancia. La ubicación es muy buena. La casa es preciosa, cómoda y espaciosa. Desde luego la recomiendo al 100%. Hemos recibido de Inés una atención excelente. La casa y el lugar cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Si las circunstancias lo permiten repetiremos la experiencia.

Un lugar tranquilo y agradable con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días. Ubicación perfecta a unas 4 calles de la playa. La casa estaba limpia y organizada.

We had an amazing week at Patricia’s villa . She was there to greet us when we arrived . She is so friendly & gave us lots of useful information. The villa is beautiful & spotless . It’s perfect for families with little ones as there is a gate to the pool area. We had a three & one year old with our family group & they enjoyed it as much as the grown ups . So many toys for them ! The outside kitchen & bbq were perfect for evenings in . Xàbia old town is so close to walk to ( 10 mins) & the beach not too far (about 25mins ). We ate twice at the market in the old town & all the food was delicious. We hired cars so were able to go to other places but Xàbia is lovely with lots of great places to eat so you could manage without hiring a car. We also ordered online shopping to arrive Sat from Mercadona ( I saw on another review someone had done this ) which was very handy . It is just a perfect place to stay & we would definitely go back .

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Het huis is erg mooi en smaakvol ingericht, ook de tuin en het zwembad. Het centrum is niet echt op loopafstand tenzij je van stevige wandelingen houdt maar de omgeving en het uitzicht op de Montgó maakt dat meer dan goed. Wij overwegen zeker om terug te komen.

Wat een leuk huis! Met oog voor detail ingericht en van alles voorzien. Vooral de slaapkamer op de bovenste verdieping was licht en sfeervol. En hoewel zonder uitzicht, was het balkon daar erg fijn om er s'ochtends te ontbijten en toch dat buitengevoel te krijgen. Perfect gelegen in het oude centrum met de gezellige smalle straatjes en fijne restaurants. Gratis parkeerplaats op 5 minuten afstand lopen (in mei hadden wij altijd plek), maar ook de mogelijkheid om je auto even dichtbij op het pleintje te parkeren om snel in- en uit te laden. Er waren zelfs 2 fietsen beschikbaar toen wij er waren. Monica reageerde altijd supersnel op vragen, ook heel fijn. Wij hebben het hier erg naar ons zin gehad en zouden zo weer terugkomen!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

Wonderful appartment, with everything you need right at your fingertips. Private, peaceful, and cosy. The pools were a big advantage, and the view, just amazing. Alfredo has helped finding the right places to enjoy Moraira. Would have loved staying a bit longer. Thanks Alfredo, see you next time!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. A wonderful experience, thank you Jorge, we would love to return!

Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Already looking forward to our next visit, missing the views already. Thank you xx

El apartamento está ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de la costa de Xabia,extremadamente limpio y provisto de todo. Súper detallista , la nevera llena de detalles, se nota que le gusta cuidar al viajero. Nos ha sorprendido la cantidad detalles que puedes encontrar en el, te hace sentirte como En tu casa, ya que no te falta de nada. Ideal para parejas, y súper acogedor. Nos ha encantado!!

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
