Vacation rentals with a patio in Platja de l'Arenal

I've been traveling for months and have stayed in over 20 places. Maciej's place is on the top of the list for sure!! It's comfortable with a greatttt mattress, big bed, huge terrace, nice sofa, big Smart TV, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. There is a gorgeous view of Montgo from all rooms and the terrace. Walking distance to the Marina with restaurants, Paseo, beach, town. 2 minutes drive to Lidl and another grocery. I walked around with my little dog at all hours. It's very quiet out, literally hearing crickets 😅 I would come back to the condo anytime!

Квартира очень удобная, невероятно красивый вид с террасы. Во всех комнатах очень просторно и уютно. Кухня студия светлая и стильна. Матрасы были удобными, никаких неприятных запахов или чего-то подобного. В кухне было все необходимое. И очень вкусный и ароматный кофе. Нас также угостили вином, это было очень приятно. Они создали онлайн как талон с интересными местами, пляжами, что также было очень удобно. С удовольствием вернусь, когда будет такая возможность.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Really beautiful and cosy apartment, 5min walk to the main square but at the same time on a very peaceful and quiet street. Public parking 1min walk from the apartment. Apartment itself is very clean and cosy with balcony accessable from the living room and the bedroom, with beautiful mountain views. I enjoyed my evenings there with a glass of wine and didn't even want to go out. A few min drive to Guadalest Reservoir parking where I did a hike around the reservoir. Found a secluded place for sunbathing with a book and enjoying a swim to cool down. Exponentia was always responsive within max 30min, and helpful in her responses. Good price for what was on offer and I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location for the beach and bars. Perfect communication from the host from start to finish. Would recommend.

Un apartamento de lujo excelente súper cómodo, amplio una decoración muy hermosa y con una vista ejemplar, tiene de todo está muy bien equipado y es súper cómodo y tranquilo la verdad de las mejores experiencias este lugar..... las personas que nos recibieron a mi grupo y a mi, súper buenas personas amables y sobre todo muy atentos a siempre responder lo que necesitábamos total y finalmente una pasada está genial se merece un 1000 de 10

Mooi smaakvol ingericht appartement met het uitzicht als unique selling point. Heerlijk comfortabel bed, prima badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Ruimtes precies zoals omschreven en op de foto's uit de advertentie. het aaprtement is centraal gelegen dicht bij het strand, met leuke beachbar Euforia, restaurants, winkels en de oude stadskern. Alles binnen loopafstand. De aanwezige strandstoelen en parasol waren een aangename verrassing. Communicatie met eigenaren Oliver en Silke verliep uitstekend. Ze meldden tijdig vooraf dat door uitgelopen onderhoudswerkzaamheden het zwembad niet beschikbaar was en boden een prima compensatie hiervoor aan. De host ter plaatse, Valentina, is geweldig. Heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd snel reagerend op berichten. Ik kan iedereen het appartement van Oliver en Silke met Valentina als host aanbevelen. Je zult niet teleurgesteld worden.

We (3 girls) stayed for two nights and had a good time. The cute apartment is clean and has Air conditioner. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket, restaurants. 30min. walking distance to the old town. Comuncation and Check-in was easy and Check-out flexible. Hannah received us and was very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything. <3

Un lugar tranquilo y agradable con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días. Ubicación perfecta a unas 4 calles de la playa. La casa estaba limpia y organizada.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Wat een leuk huis! Met oog voor detail ingericht en van alles voorzien. Vooral de slaapkamer op de bovenste verdieping was licht en sfeervol. En hoewel zonder uitzicht, was het balkon daar erg fijn om er s'ochtends te ontbijten en toch dat buitengevoel te krijgen. Perfect gelegen in het oude centrum met de gezellige smalle straatjes en fijne restaurants. Gratis parkeerplaats op 5 minuten afstand lopen (in mei hadden wij altijd plek), maar ook de mogelijkheid om je auto even dichtbij op het pleintje te parkeren om snel in- en uit te laden. Er waren zelfs 2 fietsen beschikbaar toen wij er waren. Monica reageerde altijd supersnel op vragen, ook heel fijn. Wij hebben het hier erg naar ons zin gehad en zouden zo weer terugkomen!

My family, friends, and I had a fantastic stay! The place was even more beautiful than the pictures. Host was kind, nice, and available. Easy access to so many things! Loved my stay and I truly hope to come back in the future.

Emily's villa is absolutely beautiful Very stylish and easily accommodated our family of 9 with everything anybody could possibly want on a villa holiday. The pool area and gardens are well maintained and there were lots of amusements for children, both in and out of the water. Handily, there is a very good supermarket ten minutes walk away which was open every day until 9.00. We didnt hire a car and used taxis where necessary.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Nos hemos sentido como en casa. La casa es preciosa, tiene todo tipo de comodidades tanto en la cocina como en las habitaciones, muy completa. Esta centrica y bien comunicada. La anfitriona fue muy agradable y nos resolvio todas las dudas al instante.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad. Lea is super vriendelijk en helpt je heel graag. Het huis is brandschoon en wordt met veel liefde bijgehouden. Aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. Onze twee kleine kinderen (2 en 4) hebben heerlijk in het zwembad gespeeld. Wij hebben genoten van de rust. Aanrader: jardin de l’albarda, de zondagmarkt in Jesus Probe (heerlijke taartjes!) en met de auto zit je zo in Denia (los banos sunshine bar, makkelijk parkeren bij het strand en hier lekker lunchen of dineren) en Javea. Wij hebben heerlijk eten (gegrilde kip) afgehaald bij La Rostisseria (Denia, vooraf even bestellen). Vervolgens heb je meerdere heerlijke plekjes in de tuin om te dineren. Mocht je op een mooie plek elders willen dineren, ga naar Cala Clemence del Portixol (wij zijn gaan ontbijten ivm weinig parkeerplekken, reservering is alleen voor ontbijt niet nodig, anders wel!). Ga zo door!

Thank you so much Jenny for taking care of us during our holiday at your place!! Jenny is such a great host and she did her most for us to feel welcome. The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en familia. Apartamento muy cómodo con todos los útiles y comodidades para realizar una escapada y sólo preocuparte de disfrutar. Ubicación inmejorable, especialmente si vas con niños pequeños ya que al tratarse de una zona residencial se puede disfrutar del aire libre y la piscina. Muchas gracias Gonzalo y Marta por vuestra amabilidad y atención en todo momento. Volveríamos sin pensarlo!

Wyjątkowa okolica, dla osób ceniących sobie ciszę i spokój, potrzebne koniecznie auto, trzy bardzo fajne baseny do dyspozycji, ładny widok z tarasu. Przyjemny i pomocny właściciel.

Mooi en net appartement in Denia. Bij aankomst was het appartement super schoon. Mooie buitenruimte met loungeset en ligbedden. De winkels, supermarkt en de haven zijn op loopafstand. Top locatie! Carlos en Beatriz zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!

Absolut Traumhafte Unterkunft, die Ausstattung ist so liebevoll, alles sehr sauber, die Terrasse ist das absolute Highlight, sehr groß und alles was man braucht mit dem unglaublich Ausblick. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Jacky ist super freundlich und immer zu erreichen.

👋 Hello! I booked this apartment for myself and 3 girl friends! Everything was perfect, The garden/ grounds are pristine and the pool was so beautiful. The apartment was great with good quality equipment and bedding etc. A short walk took you to the beautiful marina with so many restaurants. Thanks so much for such a great trip!! Denia is beautiful 😍
