Very nice house close perfect to enjoy with family. We had a problem with the water heater that made us leave earlier that thought but Carlo was very helpful and send someone immediately to fix it. Totally recommend it

We felt right at home at Casa EI. The house, with a modern and rural style renovation, is small and charming but very comfortable and cozy, super well equipped and with all the details to make your stay easier. Both the accommodation and the village, of which we are already regulars, are well worth it if what you are looking for is tranquility and a beautiful village and landscape close to many places of interest in the Marina Alta region. An incredible place for its natural beauty,silence , pine forest perfume,mountains and see the sea. The house is very comfortable ,with impeccable tableware cleaning also .. the communication in the moment and disposition. The jacuzzi is a special touch..thank you 🫂

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful villa. Everything was wonderfully clean upon arrival and exactly as in the pictures. The children could play football and play next to the house without having to be mindful of neighbors. David responded immediately to questions and was very helpful. This house seems too nice to be true, but nothing lied to the description. If you have any doubts, I say: absolutely book!

Would recommend to anyone, clean, tidy, felt comfortable and at ease. Couldn't make the best use of the outside facilities but it was February. Maria was excellent with communications, very responsive and positive information. Lovely, thank you.

Checking couldn’t have gone any smoother, only if I spoke Spanish, we muddled our way through with laughs and giggles. Estela is very friendly, kind and helpful. Valeria's apartment is great, with all the essentials in the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is very clean, the shower is very powerful and a pleasure. Easy to access and always attentive. It has a parking space that we don't use, but there's a parking lot for non-residents nearby.

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

we had a lovely stay at Juans! he picked us up from the bus station and was very helpful and friendly. the apartment was spotless and extremely central. we would definitely stay again!!

The apartment is very beautiful and modern, it is very well equipped, we have everything we need, moreover the neighbors do not make any noise, the airco is present in all the bedrooms except the kitchen and the bathroom the only drawback is the 4 floors to go up with the suitcases but it's doable, the host is very friendly and responds quickly

The apartment is in a very convenient location - within walking distance of shops , restaurants, cafes and of course , the beach is the most important thing and it is chic . The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities - bed linen , plenty of towels, spare pillows , blankets , blankets. There are plenty of dishes for cooking. Microwave and washing machine . The apartment is very warm , sunny. Everything is just perfect . The hostess is a very responsive person , at the first request all the wishes were fulfilled ! We were very satisfied , we stayed in the apartment for 5 months !!!

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Close to most of old town gandia. great apartment and host provides as much info on town as realistic. if coming back to gandia will be happy to rebook with Caroline.

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of of bars, restaurants and shops. Only 1 minute to the beach. Patrica was a very good host, communicated everything and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!
