Een prachtig appartement op een top locatie. Heel compleet! Keuken goed ingericht. Goede en rustige ligging. Op loopafstand van het strand. David is een super aardige man. Reageert altijd en is heel behulpzaam. Hij was ook aanwezig toen we bij het appartement aankwamen. We voelden ons meer dan welkom! Wij hebben ontzettend genoten en gaan zeker terug. Bedankt David voor alles.

Muy buena ubicación. Pequeño pero muy coqueto, con todo lo necesario. Lo mejor la terraza, muy amplia y con unas vistas fantásticas. Hemos estado muy agusto en él. Repetiría.

Hollie ha sido excepcional. Nos dio facilidades en todo aspecto. El piso hermoso, tranquilo, cómodo y sobre todo bien ubicado. Recomendado 100%. Muchísimas gracias. Regresaremos seguro.

John is just the nicest, most helpful and friendly guy. He showed us all 3 apartments and they are all fabulous. So well designed and stylishly decorated and furnished. The location is superb and it is so soothing hearing the waves at night and feeling the gentle sea breeze. We have travelled a lot over the years but this must be one of the best placed we’ve ever stayed at.

Première venue à Xavia. Posez vos valises chez Therese et profitez de vos vacances. Le logement etait au delà de nos espérances, tout équipé et très propre. Rien ne manquait. Excellent emplacement. Tres bon restaurant accessible à pied. Plage merveilleuse. On reviendra certainement. Merci à therese.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautifully decorated and we appreciated the quality of the fixtures and furniture. The bed linen was lovely and the beds comfy. The rain showers were powerfully and the complimentary toiletries provided were very nice. We were very impressed with the aircon/heater units in each space. The balcony was spacious, relaxing and private. The WiFi was fast and the large flat screen TV was great. The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk to the seafront. We loved our stay and would highly recommend. 5* from us! :-) many thanks and we will definitely be back again :-)

Hemos disfrutado mucho los días de estancia. La ubicación es muy buena. La casa es preciosa, cómoda y espaciosa. Desde luego la recomiendo al 100%. Hemos recibido de Inés una atención excelente. La casa y el lugar cumplió con nuestras expectativas. Si las circunstancias lo permiten repetiremos la experiencia.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Wij zijn de hele maand in oktober in het huis van Raquel en Noëlla geweest. Het was top, zeer compleet , schoon ingericht huis. Lokatie geweldig, op loopafstand van strand, boulevard en supermarkt Voor iedereen aan te bevelen.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, da es auf einem Berg liegt, aber dafür hat man traumhafte Ausblicke! Hugues antwortet schnell und klar auf Nachrichten und Fragen, das war klasse. Danke Hugues

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

Casa bonita y bien equipada en una zona muy tranquila y cerca de la playa. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en familia. La comunicación con Vicente y Javier ha sido excelente, gracias por estar tan pendientes de todo. Hasta pronto!

Wij hebben een zeer prettig verblijf gehad in het appartement van Carla. Zij is een fijne en gastvrije host die snel reageert op vragen of eventuele problemen. Het appartement zelf is ruim opgezet en voorzien van een goede airconditioning, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakte. Alles was netjes in orde, en we voelden ons direct thuis. Kortom, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf en zouden het zeker aanraden aan anderen!

¡Totalmente recomendable! La comunicación con Alejandro fue estupenda, estuvo absolutamente pendiente de todo. La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, con todo limpio y con todo al detalle. ¡Sin duda volveríamos a repetir!

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
