Very nice house close perfect to enjoy with family. We had a problem with the water heater that made us leave earlier that thought but Carlo was very helpful and send someone immediately to fix it. Totally recommend it

We felt right at home at Casa EI. The house, with a modern and rural style renovation, is small and charming but very comfortable and cozy, super well equipped and with all the details to make your stay easier. Both the accommodation and the village, of which we are already regulars, are well worth it if what you are looking for is tranquility and a beautiful village and landscape close to many places of interest in the Marina Alta region. A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

An incredible place for its natural beauty,silence , pine forest perfume,mountains and see the sea. The house is very comfortable ,with impeccable tableware cleaning also .. the communication in the moment and disposition. The jacuzzi is a special touch..thank you 🫂

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

Would recommend to anyone, clean, tidy, felt comfortable and at ease. Couldn't make the best use of the outside facilities but it was February. Maria was excellent with communications, very responsive and positive information. Lovely, thank you.

Good stay. The hosts are very pending. We ordered heaters and something that was missing and they brought them to us right away. Good location, good apartment, good views. Cozy, lots of light. I recommend it.

we had a fantastic time at Javier 's apartment. we would recommend it, we had no issues whatsoever and found Javier easy to contact at short notice, and also very helpful.

Great for a getaway for 4 people. The apartment was clean and super equipped with an umbrella 😀 Available toiletries and a kitchen with all the equipment (for people who prefer to cook their own meals), an espresso machine and coffee capsules. The apartment has air conditioning in one room, thanks to which we grew up during our stay 🙂 I recommend it and will come back again.

Enjoyed a very good stay here in November 2024. Everything was as described / pictured, and Valentin is clearly very a organised host with everything we might need from bin bags to cooking equipment on hand and easy to find. Location is good for getting to the city centre (less than 20 mins on foot) or getting to places up the coast via tram (nearest stop less than 5 minutes away) and there is a decent range of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Worked really well for us , thanks Valentin :)

Valeria's apartment is great, with all the essentials in the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is very clean, the shower is very powerful and a pleasure. Easy to access and always attentive. It has a parking space that we don't use, but there's a parking lot for non-residents nearby.

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

we had a lovely stay at Juans! he picked us up from the bus station and was very helpful and friendly. the apartment was spotless and extremely central. we would definitely stay again!!

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Close to most of old town gandia. great apartment and host provides as much info on town as realistic. if coming back to gandia will be happy to rebook with Caroline.

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

The listing is as described and photographed and is perfect for a couple. The parking space in the residence and the supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away are real assets. The terrace was also very nice. We would recommend this listing.

I can't recommend Hanys aptartment enough. perfect location near the strip. Beautiful view. short stroll to the beach. Hany is the perfect host. friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed. I'd definitely buse Hanys place again.

The view and location is fantastic! A few quick mentions... - both showers are "telephone booth" size. If you are a large person or pregnant, you will not fit. - tons of storage everywhere - the place could use a bit of TLC (i.e. - broken tiles, missing a coffee table, salad spinner, only 3 pots and 4 wine glasses, etc) Overall, excellent value and I think if you are staying a long time I suggest you contact the host as he did supply some missing items.
