Vacation rentals with a patio in Platja de la Fossa

The stay perfectly met our expectations. We really liked the accommodation, the view of the Salines, the location, the supervised pool, the quick access to the beach, the proximity to nearby restaurants and shops, various and varied... Konstantin is a very warm and considerate host. So we recommend it and if we can come back!

We've had a fantastic few days. The house is just as shown in the photos. It has a very nice decoration, it was spotless and the terrace has beautiful views. It has everything necessary to have a super comfortable stay. It's a super quiet and pleasant area. Also, the pool was in perfect condition. Anna was available at all times, was very nice to us and gave us very useful local recommendations. We'll be back for sure.

Unbelievable place to stay, we had two kids with us and they loved it, the pool area is so well thought out and safe for toddlers, all the edges are rounded, there is a shallow pool and the full pool area is fenced of with one lockable gate. Brilliant views from the amazing roof terrace. We didn’t have a car but we just down loaded a local taxi app which took us into town for 10 euro. Would great for two couples as well. We will definitely be going back!

The second I entered the apartment I felt at home. It is spacious with a really comfortable sitting area and an excellent terrace with sea view on the fifth floor. Even sunbeds to relax on when you came home from a long walk. It is such a wonderful place to stay. And Sergey is a wonderful, attentive host with a nice sense if humour. I hope somebody will cancel so I can return soon,

We loved the stay, it is a incredible experience to stay in one of Ricardo Bofill buildings. The apartment was beautiful and full of amenities. Santi gave us lots of recommendations and was very helpful. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

A wonderful place to stay in the old town of Benidorm. Jose was great, very quick to respond to any questions. Apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. I will be staying here again for sure.

The stay was unbeatable, Vicente made it easier for us to arrive and everything when he was in his hand, he gave us recommendations for eating and breakfast and the apartment was impeccable.

We had a fantastic time at this beautifully renovated and decorated property. The property was perfect for us with a heated pool and within walking distance to a tasty breakfast spot. Very close also to lots of great restaurant options along the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, we would love to stay again in the future!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

This is a fantastic location with great privacy, and with great views of the coast. Roadside parking is convenient and was safe. The host was fantastic and very helpful in settling us in. Property is very clean, all amenities are in perfect condition. It is a short, convenient drive to the town to get everything we need! Note: There are quite a few stairs to get to the property.

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

We wish we had booked for longer as there was so much to see. A beautiful place with an incredible host. We will be back!!

We absolutely fell in love with this place, the view is stunning, super close to the best calas of javea. Very quite and beautiful area. David and Aitana were excellent hosts. We are definitely coming back again

We had a wonderful holiday at this villa - our host was excellent - we had everything we could possibly need for our stay with plenty of space and beautiful outdoor areas and the pool was perfect - we loved the area, everything was close by and we would love to come back to Calpe again

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

Apartment with spectacular views in a peaceful and residential area. Clean and functional accommodation. Shops and restaurants accessible by car except a nice restaurant on the beach at the bottom of the building (check opening hours). Nature lovers, we loved our stay. I'd say this was near perfect for our stay. Far enough from hussle and bussle but close enough if you wanted to visit. We found our hosts both very nice and very helpful with any of our requests. On arrival we were given a welcome basket with some water, wine and a selection of snacks. We even got given a leaving present which was a lovely unexpected addition. I'd say it would be very hard to find a place similar to this for the price. We were given clear instructions from check-in to checkout.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

I would recommend this place without a second thought, Carmen was very kind and responsive. The apartment is beautiful, clean and very well located. It's a favorite for us. Thank you Carmen for this fabulous Airbnb.

This is probably one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at. Really clean, spacious, fab location and extremely well equipped. The cooking facilites were absolutely great, the washing machine and the supply of washing liquid was much apprechiated. We were staying for a cycling trip and having been in the area twice before, this was by far the best location. The supermarket is just a 15 mins walk away and there is even a lovely back route to take you there. It was great having access to a pool too. The small bar in the square at Lliber also does great food (Fri and Sat evenings). All in all a great stay and would highly recommend. Hopefully we will be back!

Spacious, fully equipped and very clean apartment. Very easy to reach the host. It was a pleasure both the house and the surroundings and the views, we will be back.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. The comfortable mattress is worth mentioning - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer a magnificent view. The presence of a car is very useful because of the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended vacation home!!
