Vacation rentals with beach access in Platja de la Fossa

Maria is a very attentive and nice host. She had made sure the apartment was clean and nice. There was a chilled wine, water and potato chips waiting for us. Thank you so much for the lovely welcome gift. Maria made the instructions so simple that we found the apartment right away. And she was attentive and asked several times how we were doing, during our 31-day stay. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. We did not lack anything during our stay. We could cook, wash clothes and the beds were good. The apartment also had a beautiful location right down by the beach. We could see, hear and smell the sea. The two balconies are beautiful to be on, although there is a little sun on them. The beach is excellent for water activities. There is a small supermarket just across the street, and there is walking distance to several restaurants and shops. You can also walk along a beautiful beach promenade to the old town. It takes about 25 minutes. All in all, we would say that we are very satisfied with the stay

We had an excellent stay in Calpe, the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the location is perfect, with several shops and restaurants, swimming pool and beach right in front. Alexander is a very nice, friendly, hospitable and helpful host, he was always available offering help at all times in case we needed anything, very flexible with check-in as we had a small problem with renting a car. We would definitely be happy to repeat our vacation in Alexander's apartment in the future, totally recommend Calpe and Alexander as a Host (5 stars). We felt right at home. Thank you very 🤗🤗 much Alexander for everything. 😊

Super nice apartment with a great view!

The apartment was great located and with a breathtaking view. I went with my 18 month old baby and my husband and everything we needed was close by to walk. Also my baby was very comfortable playing on the terrace. The apartment has the basics to have a great vacation. Highly recommended!

Amazing accommodation, perfect for 2 people with everything you need. The location is ideal, you have a beautiful cove 2 min walk, restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes away. The area is very quiet, ideal for resting and spending a few relaxing days. And Natalia is very kind, she helped us a lot during our stay by giving us all the directions and recommendations. She was very friendly and understanding It's been a pleasure to be here, and we'll definitely repeat :)

We had a fantastic time at this beautifully renovated and decorated property. The property was perfect for us with a heated pool and within walking distance to a tasty breakfast spot. Very close also to lots of great restaurant options along the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful, we would love to stay again in the future!

We wish we had booked for longer as there was so much to see. A beautiful place with an incredible host. We will be back!!

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

We spent a few days at Åge's house and we are very happy with the experience. We arrived almost at 12 midnight and they didn't give us any trouble. The apartment is exactly as described, it is quiet, has a very nice pool and is literally right next to the beach. In addition, in the house we found a wide variety of kitchen utensils that allowed us to eat lunch and dinner there many days. The location in relation to the historic center is also very good, and you can walk without any problems. We recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants to spend a few days in Altea.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. There are even more things like: hair straightener, cotton buds, makeup remover. They also offered us hammocks and umbrellas for the beach. All in all we were at home. It was a pleasure, we'll be back soon.

Perfect location, right in front of the beach and only 3 minutes walk from the tram and bus. Enough room for a family of 6. Jacuzzi was great too. We'd go back for sure.

José Luis is a very friendly host who takes his time to guide you through the complex. Responds immediately to a question you ask. The apartment and surroundings are beautiful, located on a beautiful promenade, right on a beautiful beach

We had an amazing 4 nights at Alvaro's apartment. It sits literally almost on the beach and has an incredible view over the beautiful ocean and marina. You can also see down to the old town. It really is magic! The apartment was exactly what we needed and looks just like the photos. It is spacious and clean, and easy to get to. Also, it's a very easy walk to the local restaurants and sites, and is a great hub to get to Valencia and other places. Alvaro and his family were incredibly kind and we are grateful for the assistance they gave us with local hints and tips. They even helped us with our bags which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this listing, and would love to stay again one day.
