We really liked the apartment. About 15 minutes walk from the old town. Great recommendations from Gracia. Would definitely stay here again.

Can't say enough about this place, absolutely beautiful location with views of the beach, palm trees and overlooking the pool. Lovely apartment, clean, easy to get in and out of with free parking. We stayed here with our young children and it was perfect, the pool access is easy and safe and you can reach reach the beach in 2 minutes which saved us money as we could just wander back for lunch. Agatha was there to meet us when we checked in late in the evening and took us through everything. We will most definitely visit again, 5 star reviews all round :)

Apartment with spectacular views in a peaceful and residential area. Clean and functional accommodation. Shops and restaurants accessible by car except a nice restaurant on the beach at the bottom of the building (check opening hours). Nature lovers, we loved our stay. I'd say this was near perfect for our stay. Far enough from hussle and bussle but close enough if you wanted to visit. We found our hosts both very nice and very helpful with any of our requests. On arrival we were given a welcome basket with some water, wine and a selection of snacks. We even got given a leaving present which was a lovely unexpected addition. I'd say it would be very hard to find a place similar to this for the price. We were given clear instructions from check-in to checkout.

Wonderful appartment, with everything you need right at your fingertips. Private, peaceful, and cosy. The pools were a big advantage, and the view, just amazing. Alfredo has helped finding the right places to enjoy Moraira. Would have loved staying a bit longer. Thanks Alfredo, see you next time!

The apartment is located in one of the best areas on the coast of Xabia, extremely clean and fully equipped. Very thoughtful, the fridge is full of nice touches, you can tell that he likes to take care of the traveler. We were surprised by the amount of details you can find in it, it makes you feel like In your house, since you have everything you need. Ideal for couples, and super cozy. We loved it!!

Wow! This apartment is truly stunning! it is lovely on the photos but even better in real life. The moment we arrived I knew we were going to enjoy a brilliant week in Albir. Corrine is a super host and her attention to detail in the apartment is second to none, everything you could need has been thought of and provided. The apartment is stylish, spacious and everything is of the highest quality. We loved using the terrace, which is a sun trap during the day and also enjoyed using the pool located a short walk out the main entrance. All the shops, bars and restaurants are located within easy distance and the beach is round the corner too. We used the bus service ( number 10) on the main road to go both ways, one day to Benidorm and one day to Altea. There is also a brilliant supermarket 5 mins walk from the apartment. You will not find a better apartment than this and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Thank You so much Corrine for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

Franks apartment is decorated to a very high spec. It has all the amenities one needs. It is a 3 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. There are a lot of great eateries within a 2 min walk. This is one of the bests rentals I have stayed at. They even left me snacks and wine! Nothing negative to say!

Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and checkout were super flexible and perfect and tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a great stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect and contains everything you need for a successful vacation. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into town. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return by plane to Norway and then got to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I would love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

Very clean and complete apartment. With garage space and pool. Very good location. A 3-minute walk to the beach. Next to bars and restaurants and very close to Calpe's old town.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. The comfortable mattress is worth mentioning - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer a magnificent view. The presence of a car is very useful because of the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended vacation home!!

Apartment with a terrace and incredible views from all the rooms...... The terrace is even wider than what you see in the photos. Perfectly equipped with all amenities and unbeatable location. After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

We had a very comfortable stay, everything we needed was provided & much more! Very thoughtful, friendly, helpful family. We will be back for sure. Can't thank Victoria, Daniel & Daniel Junior enough - thanks a million again 🤗

Amazing place to stay! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but close to the beach and center of Calpe. It has a wonderful view from the balcony and it has everything you need. Also the communication with the hosts is very fast and easy, that’s so convenient!

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
