Wat een geluk dat ik in het huis mocht verblijven van Gracia. Wat een geweldige plek!, Gracia gaf vantevoren alle duidelijke instructies, en tips voor in de buurt. Echt heel duidellijk. Ik kan niet anders zeggen dat deze plek mijn hart heeft veroverd. De locatie is geweldig en uitmuntend!. Je loopt vanaf het appartement zo het rustige strand op met een geweldig uitzicht. Vanaf het balkon is het uitzicht ook wonderschoon. Het huis had precies de sfeer waar ik zo van houd. Licht, netjes en schoon en het totale strand gevoel. De connectie met de zee is niet te missen en erg voelbaar. Wat een heerlijk huis met allle benodigheden die je nodig hebt. Ik ben verliefd geworden op de woning, de locatie en het mooie wat Altea en omgeving te bieden heeft. Dank je wel Gracia voor het ervaren van de rust en en al moois!. Ik kom zeker terug! Appartement avec vue spectaculaire dans un quartier paisible et résidentiel. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Commerces et restaurants accessibles en voitures sauf un restaurant sympathique sur la plage en bas de l immeuble ( vérifier les horaires d ouverture). Amoureux de la nature , nous avons adoré notre séjour. Très bonne communication avec notre hôte

I'd say this was near perfect for our stay. Far enough from hussle and bussle but close enough if you wanted to visit. We found our hosts both very nice and very helpful with any of our requests. On arrival we were given a welcome basket with some water, wine and a selection of snacks. We even got given a leaving present which was a lovely unexpected addition. I'd say it would be very hard to find a place similar to this for the price. We were given clear instructions from check-in to checkout.

Pasamos una semana maravillosa en el apartamento de Lucía y no podríamos estar más contentos. Desde el primer momento, Lucía fue una anfitriona excepcional: atenta, amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar con cualquier duda o recomendación sobre la zona, lo que hizo que todo el proceso fuera muy fácil y agradable. Además el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para que la estancia fuera del todo agradable y cómoda, además de relajante por su balcón amplio con vistas al mar. Sin duda repetiríamos nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Lucía!!

Wow! This apartment is truly stunning! it is lovely on the photos but even better in real life. The moment we arrived I knew we were going to enjoy a brilliant week in Albir. Corrine is a super host and her attention to detail in the apartment is second to none, everything you could need has been thought of and provided. The apartment is stylish, spacious and everything is of the highest quality. We loved using the terrace, which is a sun trap during the day and also enjoyed using the pool located a short walk out the main entrance. All the shops, bars and restaurants are located within easy distance and the beach is round the corner too. We used the bus service ( number 10) on the main road to go both ways, one day to Benidorm and one day to Altea. There is also a brilliant supermarket 5 mins walk from the apartment. You will not find a better apartment than this and we are already looking forward to returning soon. Thank You so much Corrine for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

Rosa Maria ist einfach zauberhaft! Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – sie war gefühlt rund um die Uhr erreichbar und hat uns mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Der Check-in und Check-out waren super flexibel und perfekt und wurde auf unsere Flugzeiten abgestimmt. Insgesamt war wirklich alles top – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Rosa Maria!

Fijn en schoon verblijf. De aanwezigheid van koffie en zoetjes maakte mijn eerste ochtend tot een feestje Wat ook ontzettend fijn was dat de kraan drink water had en de badkamer een föhn

Tusen takk Clotilde for et flott opphold og din store gjestfrihet. Vi ankom noe seint og ble møtt med en stor fruktkurv. Leiligheten var perfekt, og inneholder alt du trenger for en vellykket ferie. Terrassen med den vakre utsikten er helt nydelig og er hyggelig sted å drikke morgenkaffen sin. Rett nedenfor leiligheten er det en fin strandpromenade som tar deg inn til byen. Altea har mange gode restauranter og gamlebyen er riktig så sjarmerende. Siste dagen hadde vi en sein retur med fly til Norge og fikk da låne leiligheten gratis noen timer ekstra. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake til Clotildes koselige leilighet.

Elena und Felix sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber und haben uns gleich zu Anfang hilfreiche Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants gegeben. Die blitzsaubere Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die bequeme Matratze - wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Ein besonderes Highlight sind die Terrassen, die mit schönen und bequemen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet sind und eine herrliche Aussicht bieten. Das Vorhandensein eines PKWs ist aufgrund der Lage der Wohnung sehr nützlich. Alles in allem: ein sehr empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil!!

Apartamento con una terraza y vistas increíbles desde todas las habitaciones...... La terraza es incluso más amplia de lo que se ve en las fotos. Perfectamente equipado con todas las comodidades y ubicación inmejorable. La acogida del anfitrión y Anastasia inmejorable, han estado disponibles y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento . Sin duda repetiremos en cuanto tengamos ocasion. Gracias!!

Pristine apartment in a great location with a great view. Short walk to the port and beaches where there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy. Altea only a short taxi ride away for even more choice. Would recommend to anyone and hopefully stay again in the future. The apartment itself is very spacious, all areas are well kept, lovely large private terrace and pool. Cesar was a great host from start to finish. Check in was easy and ensured to accommodate our late arrival. Very responsive throughout our stay, checking in to ensure everything was as expected, with an easy checkout.

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war einfach wunderbar – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war der Platz mehr als ausreichend, und die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns täglich aufs Neue verzaubert! After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Wonderful appartment, with everything you need right at your fingertips. Private, peaceful, and cosy. The pools were a big advantage, and the view, just amazing. Alfredo has helped finding the right places to enjoy Moraira. Would have loved staying a bit longer. Thanks Alfredo, see you next time!

El apartamento está ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de la costa de Xabia,extremadamente limpio y provisto de todo. Súper detallista , la nevera llena de detalles, se nota que le gusta cuidar al viajero. Nos ha sorprendido la cantidad detalles que puedes encontrar en el, te hace sentirte como En tu casa, ya que no te falta de nada. Ideal para parejas, y súper acogedor. Nos ha encantado!!

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
