Maria is a very attentive and nice host. She had made sure the apartment was clean and nice. There was a chilled wine, water and potato chips waiting for us. Thank you so much for the lovely welcome gift. Maria made the instructions so simple that we found the apartment right away. And she was attentive and asked several times how we were doing, during our 31-day stay. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. We did not lack anything during our stay. We could cook, wash clothes and the beds were good. The apartment also had a beautiful location right down by the beach. We could see, hear and smell the sea. The two balconies are beautiful to be on, although there is a little sun on them. The beach is excellent for water activities. There is a small supermarket just across the street, and there is walking distance to several restaurants and shops. You can also walk along a beautiful beach promenade to the old town. It takes about 25 minutes. All in all, we would say that we are very satisfied with the stay

Great accommodation. The photos do not do the apartment justice. It is roomy, meticulously maintained and extremely well equipped. Communication with Chris and Juan before and during the stay was good. The communal areas are very spotless and local amenities are all within waling distance. Would definitely return and recommend.

Had a superb stay. Very nice apartment with spectacular views. Apartment is very neat. Everything is provided and even extras like shampoo, conditioner, sun cream, detergent. So in great shape. The apartment is in a perfect location. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. You could also rent a garage, which was really recommended. Reception by Isabel was fantastic. Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

The apartment was great located and with a breathtaking view. I went with my 18 month old baby and my husband and everything we needed was close by to walk. Also my baby was very comfortable playing on the terrace. The apartment has the basics to have a great vacation. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic week in Calpe. Christophe’s apartment has the best location right on the beach and above an excellent gelato shop :) It is easily walkable to many adjacent restaurants. It looks just like the photos, modern and clean. Highly recommended and we are planning a return visit! Prompt communication with Christophe throughout our stay.

The apartment is perfect for a beach getaway. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the hair dryer with diffuser, the bathroom products and the detergent available for the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, always attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super close beach and you can make a route through the villages of the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Vika was an exceptional host and catered for all our needs and was really helpful and friendly! I booked this beautiful Air BnB for my partners birthday, I asked Vika if she could assist me with decorating the place as a surprise for him and Vika kindly agreed. She put so much effort into decorating for me and even bought us a bottle of champagne and treats. Vika really is an amazing host and goes out of her way to make sure her guests have a great stay. She communicates really well and replies quickly to any concerns or questions. I would highly recommend booking this amazing apartment if you love a good view and want to be close to the beach, the pictures don’t do it justice! Just back from Sybille's beautiful apartment. Looks as it is shown in the pictures but is just so gorgeous when you open the door and see the views...Right on seafront with only a few steps to the beach. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. I would highly recommend and Sybille was a pleasure to deal with. Carol Harding

Keli’s apartment is absolutely lovely, just as it looks in the photos. It was very peaceful with stunning views and it was so relaxing to hear the waves as you go to sleep. We stayed in April and the weather started mixed so it was great to have access to the heated indoor pool. The outdoor pools were very well kept although cool at this time of year. The gym and the grounds were excellently cared for. The balcony was perfect for sun downers. The flat is a short walk to Greenwich Marina where there are lots of restaurants and places you can buy fresh bread, have coffee or pick up a roast chicken and chips. Closer to the apartment there were 2 great little beach restaurants. One only opened for the season 2 days before we left. We made trips to Dénia, Calpe and Altea and our girls had a couple of tennis lessons at Altea tennis club which is only 10 minutes drive. I would definitely recommend a car. The beach is pebbly but the water is very clear and lovely to swim in.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Unbelievable place to stay, we had two kids with us and they loved it, the pool area is so well thought out and safe for toddlers, all the edges are rounded, there is a shallow pool and the full pool area is fenced of with one lockable gate. Brilliant views from the amazing roof terrace. We didn’t have a car but we just down loaded a local taxi app which took us into town for 10 euro. Would great for two couples as well. We will definitely be going back!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. And finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!
