Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. We had a great time in this nice, tastefully decorated house. It is very well located, offering a view of the sea on one side and the mountain on the other. The pool is very beautiful and the large master suite very comfortable. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the calm.

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended

House was warm and comfortable for a winter stay. Easy access for bikes and parking. Carla was very helpful both before and during our stay. Excellent walking and cycling in the area.

Great stay, lovely place and easy to get into town. Lots of outdoor space. Easy parking. Would advise bringing your own beach/pool towels as only 2 towels provided. Thanks so much for a great trip!

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

We spent two nights to spend the holidays with the family and everything was perfect, the house is great for two families, thank you very much Julia for everything.

Beautiful Villa, stunning views. Everything you could need. Definitely need a car as location is not walkable especially with children. But the drive isn’t far and easy to get to local shops and beach etc. Highly recommend!

Fantastic house, current, with all amenities (with everything you need and more), very bright and super clean. Great views from the wonderful terrace where you can eat, enjoy and relax overlooking the sea. Second beach line but a super quiet area with all the amenities next door (supermarket, restaurants, etc.). Parking at the door. And not least, super special treatment by Merche, the owner, pending and in contact with the guests at all times, we appreciate your good recommendations and concern for making us the most pleasant stay. Definitely the best choice for your Cullera vacation.

Very quiet place. The exterior of the house, very beautiful and the pool spectacular. The only problem is mosquitoes, there are not many but they are hungry, it is very important to bring repellent. Calpe is very close, but you rely on the car to buy bread. Thomas, a cute and attentive uncle. We had a few days but very comfortable

The apartment is wonderful, which allows you to have an excellent stay. Very well-equipped, with wonderful terraces. Guillaume was always attentive to us, quick to answer us and clear up any doubts, and he also allowed us to enter the apartment before the scheduled time. For our family of four, the space was more than sufficient, and the location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The view from the terrace enchanted us anew every day! The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

Nuria is very responsive host, requests or issues with apartment were quickly solved. We were there at off season, in November, it was quite peaceful and I don't how busy is the area during the summer. In November some of the restaurants are closed or opened only for weekends. The apartment itself is nice and tidy with beautiful balcony with view on the sea. There were even special towels for the beach. Great place to stay.

We had a great time at Pablo's house, very communicative, always attentive to every detail. The location is great, as you are a 5-minute walk from a fantastic beach, with hardly any people and with sailing activities, a very quiet area, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, the Mistral bar on the way to the beach opens around 7, good coffee and nice people. If you want to go to Gandia, Dénia, Jávea, etc. it's a short drive. I recommend Pablo's house, especially if you are looking for tranquility, disconnection, beach and restaurants, a 10.
