Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Platja de Gandia

La estadia en la casa de Gareth estuvo genial. Era como estar en tu casa. Como unico detalle el primer dia que llegamos a la noche que no sabiamos lo del termotanque y nos quedamos sin agua caliente por querer bañar al pequeñin y lo de la potencia de la luz, que todo a la vez no podia estar encendido. Pero una vez ya sabiendo eso y tomando recaudo todo bien. La recomendaremos a nuestros conocidos que vayan a visitar Ontinyent. Las vistas a las sierras del Torrater Mariola y Benicadell de lo mejor. Lastima que no estaba el tiempo para la piscina y aun no estaba disponible, sino lo hubiesemos disfrutado muchisimo mas.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa. La casa cumple todas las comodidades. Carlo siempre respondía nuestras consultas con brevedad. La playa (cala) esta a 17 minutos andando donde hay rutas para hacer. La joya de la casa son la vistas. Zona muy tranquila. La piscina comunitaria a la que se tiene acceso está justo enfrente de la casa. Ha sido todo perfecto.

Wir haben einen Aufenthalt im Winter über mehrere Wochen in dem Haus mit unseren 2 Hunden verbracht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich empfangen. Der Ausblick auf‘s Meer vom Panorama Fenster aus war atemberaubend. Der morgendliche Sonnenaufgang vom Fenster aus zu beobachten, war fantastisch. In ein paar Minuten Gehzeit ist man an der wunderschönen Küstenpromenade der Punta Negra. Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber waren immer zur Stelle, wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Vielen Dank an Veronique und Basil Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

¡Una estancia excelente! El apartamento en El Vergel superó nuestras expectativas: limpio, cómodo y perfectamente equipado para viajar en familia. Fuimos con nuestro perro y un bebé, y todo estuvo pensado para hacernos sentir como en casa. La zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, y muy cerca de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

Great stay, lovely place and easy to get into town. Lots of outdoor space. Easy parking. Would advise bringing your own beach/pool towels as only 2 towels provided. Thanks so much for a great trip!

¡100% recomendable! Nuestra estancia en la casa rural fue simplemente perfecta. Ana y su marido son unos anfitriones excepcionales: cercanos, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. La casa es impresionante, amplia y con muchísimo encanto. Éramos un grupo de 13 amigos y tuvimos espacio de sobra. A pesar de ser invierno, la temperatura en el interior fue muy agradable en todo momento. Uno de los mayores placeres fue disfrutar de sus dos chimeneas en el enorme salón, creando un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Además, el entorno es una maravilla: en plena naturaleza, rodeado de una inmensa pinada ideal para rutas de senderismo. Si viajas con niños o mascotas, este lugar es perfecto. Sin duda, repetiremos cuando tengamos la oportunidad. Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. ¡Gracias por todo! :)

La estancia ha sido perfecta. La casa es casi mejor cuando te encuentras allí. No hay detalle que le falte. Y el anfitrión estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento para que disfrutáramos de la estancia. Un 10 también para él.

We loved it here so much. The most beautifully located building, and just an honour to stay in such an architectural masterpiece on the edge of the ocean. It definitely needs a bit of TLC - but we aren’t fussy and didn’t mind. It’s full of character. Located perfectly, took about 10 mins to get to the beach where we swam every day, 15 mins to shops/bars/restaurants. Just incredible… I missed it the moment we left.

El apartamento esta muy centrico, cerca de todo. pese a ello, no se oye ningun ruido y se puede dormir perfectamente. Está limpio y bien cuidado. La unica pega es que es no tiene ascensor y hay que subir 3 plantas.

We waren 4 nachten de gasten van Aart in Benimantell, maar hadden daar zeker een week willen blijven. De locatie is prachtig, het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en op koudere avonden lekker de pallet kachel aan! Een appartement waarin je uitgebreid kunt koken, terwijl je geniet van het uitzicht op de bergen. Het appartement met zijn vele trapjes is zeer geschikt voor mensen die de bergen in gaan, een mooie opwarming voor je spieren! Aart is een heel behulpzame en communicatieve host, die zowel een fles lekkere wijn als locale olijfolie klaar had staan.

El piso es muy moderno, estiloso y cómodo. Cocina bien equipada y a destacar que el sistema de aire acondicionado tambien llega a la cocina, importante en días de calor ya que facilita el cocinar. Además dispone de una zona chillout en la azotea muy recomendable. Adicionalmente tambien hay una zona para Barbacoa muy completa pero que nosotros no utilizamos. A destacar también el acceso directo a la playa así como la piscina comunitaria y parking privado. La playa es de arena fina y no estaba masificada. Además Salva nos dejó 2 sillas de playa así como sombrillas por lo que no tuvimos que traerlas nosotros desde casa. Salva fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. Muchas gracias por todo!

Nos alojamos en familia, dos bebés (2 años y 7 meses) y una mascota pequeña. El alojamiento era tal cual en la descripción, fue fácil llegar, el anfitrión era muy amable y tenía buena disposición. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, dormimos genial, estaba muy bien equipado. Hacía algo de calor pero con el ventilador de la habitación matrimonial estuvimos fresquitos y el aire acondicionado del salón/cocina. Nos pusieron una cuna con todo lo necesario para nuestro bebé, se agradece mucho.

Nous nous sommes reposés du 11 au 18. 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Appartement entièrement répondu à nos attentes. Il est bien équipé et avec une belle vue sur la mer. Nous avons été particulièrement impressionnés par la terrasse. Ana était très gentil et toujours résolu rapidement à toutes nos questions. Nous sommes très reconnaissants à elle.

Gorgeous boutique villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa, gardens and pool were lovely. We hope to return again soon!

Wir haben in der Villa Maria einen wunderschönen Urlaub als Freundesgruppe verbracht. Der Außenbereich und der riesige Pool sind wirklich 1A. Das Haus bietet unglaublich viel Platz/Schlafmöglichkeiten und ist gut ausgestattet. Lediglich bei der Sauberkeit sehen wir ein wenig Verbesserungspotential, ist aber noch total im Rahmen.

We had a tremendous stay at Tanya’s. Everything was absolutely immaculate and both the home and the surroundings are pure paradise. Susana, Tanya’s friendly and helpful co-host welcomed us and showed us everything we needed making for a super smooth arrival. Our children rated the place 100 out of 100 and really loved the pool and exploring the incredible tiered back garden. It was very peaceful and tranquil here and we had everything needed for a beautiful break. We wished we could have stayed longer. It felt like pure luxury and is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in.

Una casa fantastica e impecable. Zona exterior preciosa con unas vistas increibles y fresquito. El jacuzzi y la piscina estaban muy limoios y ea una gozada poder disfrutar de ellos. Luke muy amable y atento, a la vez que muy discreto. Muchas gracias, para repetir.

Una finca fantástica, hay de todo y muy cómodo, limpio. Un lugar perfecto para reunirse en familia o con amigos. El dueño muy pendiente y amable. 100% recomdable

This house is the best choice for your next vacation. It has everything to make you want to just stay a little bit longer…. Or just return another time (I will for sure!) The house is very well equipped and decorated in style. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Beds are fantastic. The outside area amazing with several placed to sit, chill or sunbath. The infinity pool just breathtaking. Also, there is an outside grilling area with kitchen too. The very best is an outside winter garden / patio with the most amazing view overlooking Calpe city.

We spent almost 2 weeks at this beautiful and very located villa. The outdoor kitchen is the star of the show! It's well equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need for outdoor cooking/living. We spent most nights here and in the pool area. This is exactly what we came to Spain for. The area is very convenient. Short 4-5 minute walk down to Cala Advocat, which is a beautiful and quaint bay with a great little xiringuito. Inge is a very responsive and thoughtful host. She was always quick to reply and her communication was very clear. We thought the welcome gift was a lovely and sweet touch! Thank you!
