We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful with an amazing view. Loved that it was just outside of Cannes in a more quiet area. Chrystèle was a wonderful host. We would return again!

We had a nice stay at Léa's place. The small apartment is perfect for 2 and is located conveniently to get around. We can walk to the center and easily take a bus to the train station. However, as it is next to a main street, you can hear the vehicles. It wasn't too big of a problem for us. Léa was very nice and responsive, she greeted us on our arrival to hand us the key.

We LOVED our stay here!!! Everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The bed was super comfortable and they went over and above with the little touches like welcome box, great coffee, yummy jam options etc etc. It was also perfect location so close to everything and the instructions of where to park and helpful tips was amazing. Thanks for such an amazing experience :)

Our stay at Clive and Lily’s studio in Cannes was amazing, the highlight was the view from the balcony. The location was ideal and the hosts were very responsive and helpful, highly recommend and already booked our next stay!

Michael was friendly and professional. He was accommodating with an early check in which was much appreciated, and showed me around the apartment. Judy was nice and communicative. Check in was easy. The neighborhood is convenient and easy to navigate. The elevator was good. The air conditioning was good. The recent renovation was good. I would stay here again.

An amazing space! Etienne was very communicative and welcomed us on time. Space is in a very ideal location located right on the promenade within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Furniture was clean. Bathroom was pristine; everything worked well. Would recommend staying here on your visit to Cannes.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Everything is designed to make you feel good… and it's a success! Parking space is a real plus too. A big thank you also for your warm welcome and kindness — it makes all the difference and really touched us. We leave rested, smiling... and a little sad to have to leave this little piece of happiness. Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

We had a lovely 5 night stay in the apartment. It has a lovely private garden perfect for breakfast in the sunshine and the grounds are beautifully maintained with an assortment of palm trees making you feel like you are in your own piece of paradise. The sandy beach and promenade can be reached within a 2 minute walk and there are lots of restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob and microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. The beds are very comfortable, we used the bedroom as a dressing room and slept on the sofa bed which was surprisingly great. Karine was a fantastic host, very friendly and great communication. We loved the apartment and would happily return and recommend to family and friends.

Daisy and her dad George were great. Communication was easy and prompt and everything was lovely. The apartment was very comfortable and bright, with an amazing sea view, and well equipped. If you leave the window/door open during the night it gets a bit noisy, but if you don't mind air conditioning, you can close the slide door and then you don't hear anything at all. There is underground parking provided. The beach is just across the road, and it took us about 20 walking into the city. Check-out also worked well. Thank you to Daisy and George!

I absolutely love this place and I would happily stay there again. It is gorgeous and it’s high-end, and it is a short walk from the center of Cannes and the fm festival.

We had such a wonderful stay here in Cannes. Ghislaine (and team) is extremely responsive and kind. The apartment had absolutely everything for my family (soaps in the bathroom, coffee and tea, umbrellas, A/C, etc) which made staying here an extremely pleasurable experience. In combination with an unreal view, central yet peaceful location- I couldn’t recommend this place enough! If you get the chance, definitely book this place!!

Just amazing! Everything like in photos: nice , tidy, sunny, comfy, silent and clean apartment, great view terrace and nice shared pool. Kitchen is fully equipped. Apartment is in very great location (near sea and old town and bus stop and as well as I know parking option in a garage downstairs). Good and stable wifi internet signal suitable for work. Communication and check in/out was very easy and the hosts are very polite and gentle people. So apartment is highly recommended. 10/10 and we'll definitely will be back here.

Good location with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance , making things even easy we usually uber in all the necessary items for our stay, Tina has been very responsive and helpful during our stayed . If you need to accommodation for 10 persons and above , here is the best choice .

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Cannes! Ideally located between Le Suquet and the Croisette. Bed is big and super comfortable, bathroom is beautiful (and shower has good water pressure!) AC was perfect and cold, and kitchen was super helpful and functional. Would highly recommend and if I’m ever back in Cannes would absolutely want to stay here again!

The apartment handover was very straightforward. The apartment was well equipped with butter in the fridge, coffee capsules and water, enough cleaning material, nice dishes, super fluffy towels, bathrobes, slippers - and a SONOS sound system. You feel at home from the first moment. ...and in the supermarket just around the corner there is everything you need.
