This place is like an oasis of peace and tranquility amongst the city of Antibes. Though located just a short distance from the beach, old town, and other sites, the property makes you feel like you're out in the countryside and is located on a large lot. Great for families!

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated

Beautiful place to stay, we were 7 people and we had plenty of space inside and out (the outside space is especially gorgeous). The bedrooms all have a shower but only one has a toilet (two other toilets in the house though). 10 mins walk along the seafront to restaurants and shops. Train station just a couple of minutes away (train to Cannes takes about 10 mins). Very friendly team managing the villa who were always on hand and Annie even gave us a bottle of champagne after a water outage on the street. We had an amazing relaxing week here. Thank you!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

The location to get there is very tight in a car and dark at night

We stayed at Pipa Polaris for three days as a little baby moon getaway and had the loveliest time. Valérie has decorated the apartment beautifully and the surrounding gardens and pool area was so peaceful. Valérie was a great host and really looked after us during our stay.

This property was perfect and extremely comfortable! The views were peaceful and bucolic, a true French country experience. This property is with a short driving distance to areas such as Cannes, Mandelieu, Grace, St. Paul de Venice, etc. Julien could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us lots of tips and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with all the necessities. Lovely house, super nicely decorated. Cute and spacious and luminous. Pool and gallery very lovely. We loved Mougins, the town 7 min by car (old town) is to die for. Cutest restaurants. Close to Cannes and Nice. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended. Hosts very welcoming and all process ran super smoothly. We loved the house! Perfect for the 5 of us.

We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

Renee's villa is absolutely beautiful: the location, the amenities, the gardens and outdoor areas, pool and privacy were all superb. There was a major power outage in Southern France while we were there and we were well prepared with the candles and flashlights provided in the villa. The proximity to the surrounding beautiful small villages as well as the Mediterranean coastal towns of Nice, Antibes, Eze, etc. provides a wide choice of sight-seeing, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, beaches, history and art. I would suggest all renters read her book of instructions and suggestions thoroughly at the start of their stay, as there is important information to make your stay more comfortable and without problems.

Sophie's house has a crazy charm and exactly matches the photos. A superb Belle Epoque villa with a Mediterranean garden rich in local plants offered in pretty pots with a personalized touch. The sea view from the bedrooms on the 1st floor and from the spacious terrace on the ground floor are a pure feast. We had an endless pleasure in this sublime region that we know well. Highly recommend!

Natalia welcomed us personally to her great, clean and very stylish Villa. Very helpful was the handmade recommendation Book with various restaurants, boulangeries and must sees in the area. Natalia always responded quickly and was very helpful and friendly! She even brought us breakfast as the fridge had some technical issue! I could not imagine a more helpful and friendly host! I can recommend Natalia’s place if you are looking for a quiet place which is close to great locations. All in all: perfect!

We had a great time at Bergerie St Andrieux. Each week for 4 weeks one of our children came to stay (along with their families). Each of them said how much they enjoyed their stay. The house was perfect for 2 families as the sleeping areas are completely separate (even 2 sets of stairs) so we weren't disturbed by children! The outside eating area was ideal - we ate all our meals there, including barbecue's and a couple of great wood-fired pizza evenings. The pool was excellent - it was separate from the house and secure so we didn't need to worry about the children and was large enough and deep enough to have a proper swim. The views from the house are stunning. It is difficult to take walks directly from the house but mostly a short drive will take you to the start of a good walk. And, Fatima was very friendly and helpful in dealing with the minor issues we encountered.

A fabulous stay in Valluaris in this beautiful home that we made ours for a week. The area is beautiful and great location to enjoy la Côte d'Azur. Our host was extremely accommodating and on hand for anything we needed

We miss the view and garden so much already. This is a stunning Airbnb, Amelie is a great host - super quick communication and responded really quickly to a couple of requests. The photos are really accurate but somehow don’t do the villa/views justice. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of steps. The studio is a flight of stairs below road level, bedrooms of the villa one level down, living area and kitchen another level down and pool another flight of stairs down. We really look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s perfect if you are traveling with another couple as the second room is very private. The views are gorgeous and the beach is walkable (just be aware that walking up the driveway is a workout!) The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies which was great for cooking dinners. The host was also very responsive. Theoule-sur-mer is a great town for biking. The local restaurants were delicious. We went before busy season so restaurants weren’t open all of the time but when we did get to dine there it was delicious! We would definitely book again!

Loved staying here. Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed in. The views were outstanding and the apartment had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. Jean Jaques was extremely helpful, would definitely recommend and would like to stay again.
