Superb sea view 100m from the beach+ parking

This studio with sea view has private parking. Bright and modern, it is tastefully decorated and fitted with a bed. The veranda with its open view, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. With direct access to the beach from the residence, you can access the beach in just 2 minutes on foot! The apartment is not far from the Croisette, with its bus stop which takes you to the center of Cannes in less than 5 minutes as well as to the train station in 12 minutes. Nice airport is 30 minutes by car. NETFLIX

Perfectly located bourgeois apartment in an elegant 1900s villa. Terrace with beautiful view of the park with palm trees. Shared pool. Parking. Gated. Large living room and kitchen with high ceilings. French doors opens onto the terrace. 2 spacious bedrooms with king beds (180). 2 bathrooms with shower. Sleeping sofa for 2 in living room (140). Apartment is in the city center with walking distance to everything. Buss 30m, Grocery 100m, Beach 300m, Old Town 500m, Palais de Festival 1000m.

Lovely apartment with sea view, close to beaches

After 6 months of renovation all done by us, we have managed to bring this apartment to what we were looking for. Our goal was to get the brightest apartment to enjoy the weather , the view and the pleasant temperatures all year long. We wanted a fully open area with open kitchen , living room and balcony. We also took a great attention to choose quality materials everywhere. We really hope that, as we do, you will love this place and find everything you need. Ophélie and Nicolas :)

Although I hesitated to stay in Cannes for three days, it was really my best decision. The room is so bright. Just go downstairs to the beach. There is also a park downstairs. You can go to the market in the morning to buy fresh vegetables and fish. It is very convenient to buy and bake in the oven!The beach is so beautiful, I was planning to go to Nice, Menton, and Antibes, but I didn't go to any of them.All in Cannes, swimming, shopping... Cannes is so beautiful!We drove here, and this backyard has a private parking space, which is great!

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is exactly how it is listed, with an amazing view, lots of light, and big comfortable rooms. The location was ideal with access to the public beach across the street, and a short walk to the main area of shopping and restaurants in Cannes. We worked from the apartment all week and the WiFi was strong and consistent.
