Waterfront vacation rentals in Plage du Midi

Daisy and her dad George were great. Communication was easy and prompt and everything was lovely. The apartment was very comfortable and bright, with an amazing sea view, and well equipped. If you leave the window/door open during the night it gets a bit noisy, but if you don't mind air conditioning, you can close the slide door and then you don't hear anything at all. There is underground parking provided. The beach is just across the road, and it took us about 20 walking into the city. Check-out also worked well. Thank you to Daisy and George!

We had such a wonderful stay here in Cannes. Ghislaine (and team) is extremely responsive and kind. The apartment had absolutely everything for my family (soaps in the bathroom, coffee and tea, umbrellas, A/C, etc) which made staying here an extremely pleasurable experience. In combination with an unreal view, central yet peaceful location- I couldn’t recommend this place enough! If you get the chance, definitely book this place!!

Jean-Christophe was very attentive to all the details, e.g. the accessibility from the train to the apartment, as well as at check-in. The apartment was as described and incredibly cozy. A wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and the sea, palm trees. Great attention is paid to safety in the complex. The pool with supervision. A very nice restaurant nearby. Within walking distance of everything you need, market, bus stop, access to the train, Cannes, La Croisette in 10 minutes. Beach easy to reach and sports facilities. A perfect apartment for a relaxing vacation. Very happy to come back.

We stayed for 5 nights in October. The apartment was perfect and in a great location, easy to walk to the beach or the centre for restaurants. There is a really nice balcony which we enjoyed sitting outside on. The apartment was really nice, large rooms loads of space for ourselves and our 2 teenage daughters. The host, Francois, and also Mickael couldn’t have done more to help us. We had a great holiday, thank you!

An amazing space! Etienne was very communicative and welcomed us on time. Space is in a very ideal location located right on the promenade within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. Furniture was clean. Bathroom was pristine; everything worked well. Would recommend staying here on your visit to Cannes.

Clean, tidy, and well-stocked place. The photos correspond to reality. The outdoor patio is a little gem!!! You could hear the waves of the sea! The accommodation is close to a supermarket stocked with everything and a two-minute walk from the sea with access to equipped or free beach. We parked the car inside the residence and no longer needed to use it until we left. Paca was very kind, both on our arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!!!!

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

⸻ We had a great stay! The host was friendly and communicated clearly throughout, which we really appreciated—especially since we were traveling from the U.S. to France. It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. The views of the ocean from the home were beautiful and made the experience even more special. We would happily stay again. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable visit!

Very nice welcome from the hosts and clear and useful instructions! The house is great value for the money because it is close to the city center by transport and the house is well arranged and clean! Ideal for gathering with friends (in our case for a bachelorette party). Thanks!

This place was a great find. An ideal location with stunning views. A fully equipped kitchen, fabulous garden to sit and relax together with an amazing roof terrace to sunbathe. Dominique was very responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

We had a week long stay at Masion Regina and it was a wonderful stay for my wife and I. We had plenty of space, comfort of two full bathrooms helped us get out the door quickly in the morning. And the location could not be beat. Our first, and certainly not last time in Antibes. Strong AirCon, comfy bed and amenities were great. The rooftop terrace was spectacular; we changed our plans to have a quiet lunch on Sunday afternoon after picking up some provisions at the market and it was a highlight moment for sure. Only note, is that we were there for an entire week and only afforded two towels each which were not very nice and rough. We had to do some laundry which was less than ideal while on holiday, but this is only a minor note for improvement. Overall, wonderful all around and highly recommend!

Xavier is a very proactive host. He recommended several restaurants and places to visit that we loved! He is present on site and is flexible on check-in and check-out which helps a lot. The place was very nice, well located and clean. May be a little noisy at night if you sleep with the window open.

Loved the simplicity of the apartment, I had thought it was looking out to sea my bad I did not read the description properly ( clearly stated it looked on to courtyard ) as I thought the picture was it , not the description but I might not have booked on that basis but SO glad I did location clearly made up for no sea view. Highly recommended

A huge thank you for a wonderful stay! The apartment is a real little slice of heaven: facing the sea, quiet, beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. Everything is designed to make you feel good… and it's a success! Parking space is a real plus too. A big thank you also for your warm welcome and kindness — it makes all the difference and really touched us. We leave rested, smiling... and a little sad to have to leave this little piece of happiness. Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

First of all, if you have never been to Antibes - go! If you are in Antibes stay and Sebastien and Chloe’s place! This was exactly the place I wanted and needed when I planned my trip. The views!! The peace and calm of sitting on your balcony and looking over the water, the sunsets, the sunrises, all of it truly spectacular. Both Chloe and Sebastian were wonderful. Chloe met me personally to check me in, and when there was a minor hiccup (not due to anything on their part), they jumped into action, communicated throughout and had everything good as new within a few hours. There is nothing more for me to say, but go to Antibes and stay at this place! Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. Thank you Kerstin and Anna, both of whom were so easy to communicate with and very helpful.

We had a perfect holiday, the house has a beautiful sea view balcony, we had a family dinner on the balcony at night, it was so wonderful
