A great place to stay that I would recommend. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the center (you can see the sea from the living room), in an area where you can park for free, just 5 minutes to reach the center on foot. The accommodation is spacious, bright, impeccable. Great for a short stay in Cannes!

We loved this apartment. Fabienne welcomed us with some tips to make our stay easier. This accommodation is very well located for enjoying the Côte d'Azur. The balcony view is amazing. We often had breakfast there. We highly recommend this listing. We would have stayed there longer because we were so comfortable.

The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have an air parking space at home because we were traveling by car. But the enclosed garage has a very narrow space. If you're hesitant about parking, this process may be necessary for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I recommend you to consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It's safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden creates a bit of sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not someone to hang out with, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towel sets were clean. Only a few places were dusted visibly :). For the check-out process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back in the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

I would stay here every time. I stayed in another area before Remi’s and this location was perfect, super walkable and the area is pretty quiet. I honestly booked because I loved the Window in the studio and the view didn’t disappoint! Whenever I return, I just hope it’s not fully booked for me! 10/10! Definitely stay here for your Cannes trip!

We absolutely loved this little clean organized suite. It’s in a great location to beach and old town Cannes for the best restaurants in the evening. It isn’t quite in the centre of things but you don’t want it to be either. Just a short walk to everything Cannes has to offer. The suite is in pristine condition. Laetitia has thought of everything for your conscience. The bed is very comfortable and shower was also fantastic. The views from the sun deck are absolutely breathtaking and enhanced by the parakeets in the trees tweeting in the morning. She has electric blinds in bedroom and living area which is great when you don’t want the light coming in. Added bonus was a washing machine and drying rack on deck. A private, specious house and equipped with a nice kitchen, beautiful surroundings and close to the beach, while eating out will require a few minutes walk. supermarket right opposite the place and bus station just outside the door. overall it's a nice place for a ground of people.

Clean accommodation, consistent with the photos and close to the beach, the view is superb. Shops nearby and close to the city center by car and bus. The host is very responsive and attentive. Too bad the pool doesn't open earlier (10 a.m. 7 p.m.) but the beach is nearby so it's nice. I highly recommend it! Thank you

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

I stayed with the center of the film festival to attend the Cannes Film Festival. The check-in/check-out time was also coordinated as requested, and I appreciate the friendly explanation. It was really cozy. I recommend it!

Small studio, very well located, quiet, with a beautiful unobstructed and wooded view, very close to the Croisette. Pleasant residence. Dominique is a very good host for communication, hospitality and responsiveness.

Hello The accommodation matches the description and is even bigger than in the photos. The only small downside is perhaps the TV, which is a little too small for those who want to enjoy it in the evening or other. For me, that was not the case, as I was absent most of the time, and also the outdoor living room seats, which are a little worn. But overall the product matches the description and the sea view is really very pleasant. I highly recommend Typhaine and her husband who are friendly and responsive people. Stéphane

Jurjen is a very nice gentleman, very responsive to your needs and very polite . The place is clean, the beach is across the street , the pool is clean and Linda and her son are very helpful and beautiful people , very happy with our stay here , too bad he was booked all the way to our stay , which is July 1st.

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Very comfortable accommodation. It's more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Small, perfect for a couple of 2, maximum 3 people if a family. There were three of us, the little girl was very happy.

We had a wonderful stay! Ingrida is an amazing host — incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The apartment exceeded all our expectations: perfectly clean, very comfortable, and equipped with absolutely everything one might need.
