A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. With stunning views of the canals, you can enjoy the sun from the morning on the terrace and then have the opportunity to go for a walk and access the beach which is less than 10 minutes (800 meters) walk from the apartment. A private parking space will allow you to park in front of the studio.

Méjean is a fishermen's village set above the turquoise waters of an enchanting Mediterranean cove. Its pristine waters are listed for the richness of their fauna. The cove attracts kayakers, paddle boarders, divers and yachts coming to enjoy this haven of peace. The place is easy to access, 15' from Toulon station, but the city remains invisible and it feels like the world's end.
