Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Pla de Mallorca

We spent 1 week for 4 in this accommodation (2 children aged 8 and 15). We enjoyed the exchanges via messaging with the host who was always very responsive. The accommodation is spacious, large, clean and well-equipped. It is located in a small village with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. All in a very quiet environment. Great location for visiting Mallorca. We recommend this property.

We felt at home in Luis's apartment. We had everything we needed in the apartment as described on Airbnb when we contracted. The area is quiet. The beach (big and beautiful) is 5 min walking. Easy and quick access to many good and very good menu restaurants with reasonable prices as well as shops of all sorts. Last but not least I emphasize Luis's warm and friendly attitude. It would also be to add that from the place where the apartment is situated, there are numerous excursion options, by rental car, in places and to very beautiful beaches of the Island of Mallorca located at relatively small distances.

The accommodation we liked very well. A highlight is the roof terrace overlooking Capdepera. The furnishings of the apartment left nothing to be desired. Also the bed was very large and comfortable. Overall we felt very comfortable. In the immediate vicinity is the central square of Capdepera with some restaurants and a small supermarket. There is also a public parking space right outside. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

It was a very nice, private place with many amenities, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. Miguel was accommodating and easy to communicate with, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. You should also definitely visit the restaurant Salitre across the street.

Staying in Colonia de Sant Pere, particularly in Xavi's picturesque Majorcan home, was a wonderful experience, making it difficult to leave. While the village may not be stunningly beautiful, it steers clear of mass tourism, preserving its unique charm. It offers a variety of gastronomic delights, cozy spots to relax, and a lovely little beach. Xavi's house is fully equipped with everything you need, making it very accommodating for families with children. We also worked remotely from Xavi's home, and there was no problem with enough space, furniture, and stable Wifi. Located on a quiet side road with a nearby playground, it is perfect for a peaceful stay. Xavi was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. We had no complaints and would be delighted to return one day!

Florian’s place was very comfortable and spacious. It felt very private and the view was amazing . The hot tub was an added bonus to warm up at the end of the day.

We were a group of 7 friends who stayed for 5 nights. The property is amazingly beautiful and full of character. It is better than the photos on the website. The swimming pool was of good size and there were plenty of nice walks nearby. It is not near the coast but the central location meant that one could drive to most places of interests through out the island in reasonable time. Salvadore and Maria as hosts were superb and very welcoming. They were always at hand to resolve any queries. Wi-fi was patchy ( quite good in the living room) but that was good for us as we wished to be away from the online world. Would highly recommend this property and would go back again.

Pilar was wonderful! She even brought us empanadas. The apartment was super clean and well decorated! She has everything you need. The location was fantastic!

This was a superb location and great apartment for us. All very clean, gorgeous view and peaceful yet lots to see on terrace. Beautiful view of harbour, boats, palm trees, everything so close too! Some amazing restaurants, also 5-10 minute walk to sweet, pretty beach. Klaus very responsive. On arrival we got a bit lost at harbour as missed circle 10 ( our fault!), this is key info given by Klaus), the apartment is almost above the spa ( what a great shop to have so close) amazing bread/ croissants etc we relied on google maps, go on his instructions when nearby. Apartment very clean, you get the sun rise.. as the balcony south facing which is lovely. Aircon all great. Good size fridge too. A Peaceful and didn't feel on top of anyone. Parking spot is perfect. A superb spot, ideal ! We didn't use hotel pool, not our bag! We had fab breakfast at Hotel Melia, used lovely pool, pretty boutique hotel nearby, on day we checked out.
