At "Villa Pepita Biniali" (Maps etc), you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is available (please buy coals) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

Hello, welcome to our home. Costa de la Calma is an inviting beach town and the perfect place to relax, explore the island, and enjoy the sun. Our guesthouse is a private apartment with a full-equipped kitchen that comes along with a spacious loft right upstairs. Our second unit offers a private entrance, a spacious garden and a pool. The villa is located on the south-west coast of the island, just 20 min. drive from the airport and Palma and 10 minutes from picturesque Port Andratx.

This small cottage is located in the sunny and quiet area of Sa Figuera in Port de Sóller, at only 20 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes by car. The cottage is well equipped and totally renovated offering nice outdoor space and access to a shared pool. It is part of a larger property with two more cottages so the pool area is shared but each cottage has its own outdoor space. Plenty of parking area. Property is enclosed and secured. A dream place to relax or a good base for hiking.

Beautiful one bedroom parterre flat with own entrance and little garden. The house is located in Genova which is an emblematic area with a village like feel in Palma. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.

The finca consists of a main house, a separate annex. You will stay with us in the annex, but the main house will not be inhabited at any time during your vacation, so that you can enjoy your 'getaway' privately!

It's a perfect stay for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 people with the sofa bed in the studio area. This apartment is an isoleted house with a private access on the same property as our house and only the entrace from the street is the same.
