The check-in was very friendly and straightforward. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished, and the balcony even had a sea view. The kitchen had everything you needed. Lovely small bathroom. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for the great support from Nicolas and Luana.

The apartment is wonderfully located right in the heart of Centro Palma. Restaurants, cafes, markets - all within walking distance. Great communication with Maria. Can we recommend without hesitation. I'm sure we'll be back here...

We spent 1 week for 4 in this accommodation (2 children aged 8 and 15). We enjoyed the exchanges via messaging with the host who was always very responsive. The accommodation is spacious, large, clean and well-equipped. It is located in a small village with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. All in a very quiet environment. Great location for visiting Mallorca. We recommend this property.

The accommodation we liked very well. A highlight is the roof terrace overlooking Capdepera. The furnishings of the apartment left nothing to be desired. Also the bed was very large and comfortable. Overall we felt very comfortable. In the immediate vicinity is the central square of Capdepera with some restaurants and a small supermarket. There is also a public parking space right outside. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had a fabulous stay at Maria’s. The apartment was perfect for us as a couple. We loved the pool, there were lots of chairs and loungers plus clean towels everyday. The shared spaces were lovely and it was nice to chat with other guests. Thank you so much, we really hope to return.

I spent 9 days at Vicente's place in October. The studio is exactly as on the pictures, newly renovated, sparkling clean, beautifully located and above all quiet. I felt immediately comfortable and will definitely come back. Vicente is also very lovely, super helpful and with many years of experience also simply a very nice host. Muchissimas gracias y hasta la próxima vez! Small tip: Only less than 3 km from the port of La Savina you do not necessarily need a car for the location in Porto Saler. An e-bike was enough for me to move around the island.

We were looking for a simple place to stay in a quiet area. The apartment has everything you need and is located close to everything. We went by car and brought bikes, which allowed us to get around the island very easily. The hosts were very helpful at all times, Narci was very kind recommending places to visit or restaurants to dine the night we arrived. We felt on vacation but right at home. Thank you very much!

The accommodation was as described, very clean and close to town. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday. The outdoor area is very spacious and pleasantly designed, so that you can easily stay there with 4 people. The contact with Alicia went smoothly. Enquiries were answered very quickly. The dishwasher was broken on Monday and repaired on Wednesday. The hot water did not work on Friday evening and was repaired on Saturday.

We had a great time. The house was spotless and had everything to be comfortable. We went with a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old and we had a crib, high chair... everything was perfect. Very clean, very well maintained and we loved the views. The sunset is spectacular. And the house is super quiet at night. With direct access to the main road and very comfortable.

Wonderful house in a very quiet place on the island. We had a really good time there. Perfect communication with Miguel. Everything is very easy.

We were a group of 7 friends who stayed for 5 nights. The property is amazingly beautiful and full of character. It is better than the photos on the website. The swimming pool was of good size and there were plenty of nice walks nearby. It is not near the coast but the central location meant that one could drive to most places of interests through out the island in reasonable time. Salvadore and Maria as hosts were superb and very welcoming. They were always at hand to resolve any queries. Wi-fi was patchy ( quite good in the living room) but that was good for us as we wished to be away from the online world. Would highly recommend this property and would go back again.

Pilar was wonderful! She even brought us empanadas. The apartment was super clean and well decorated! She has everything you need. The location was fantastic!

Apartment was nice, cozy and clean.

Excellent accommodation, very clean, well air-conditioned. Everything is well thought out (hanging rack, umbrella, balloon) for you to have a beautiful stay. The only small thing to 'reproach' is that it is very poorly soundproofed, think about traffic jams for the night😉! In short, great stay in a really nice place, in the heart of the city and next to a beautiful beach! We hope to be lucky enough to return someday!

This was a superb location and great apartment for us. All very clean, gorgeous view and peaceful yet lots to see on terrace. Beautiful view of harbour, boats, palm trees, everything so close too! Some amazing restaurants, also 5-10 minute walk to sweet, pretty beach. Klaus very responsive. On arrival we got a bit lost at harbour as missed circle 10 ( our fault!), this is key info given by Klaus), the apartment is almost above the spa ( what a great shop to have so close) amazing bread/ croissants etc we relied on google maps, go on his instructions when nearby. Apartment very clean, you get the sun rise.. as the balcony south facing which is lovely. Aircon all great. Good size fridge too. A Peaceful and didn't feel on top of anyone. Parking spot is perfect. A superb spot, ideal ! We didn't use hotel pool, not our bag! We had fab breakfast at Hotel Melia, used lovely pool, pretty boutique hotel nearby, on day we checked out.
