Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Balearic Islands

Really nice stay at this house in the countryside! It really feels like you are in the farm country, there are farms and sheep nearby. It was a little hard to find but easy once you know where it is.

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

Thank you for your concern upon arrival and to offer the accommodation so cared for. We felt very comfortable both in the house and in the garden. The house had the necessary amenities. In advance, we were sorry that the stay was only available for a week. In retrospect, we certainly regret it. The location, the view, the tranquility, the private parking, everything close to... were a great added value for us. We also noticed a good base for cycling tourism. We had a great time at Mariano's place. The house is super nice, well arranged and well equipped. It is also well placed to crisscross the island. The enclosed environment is good for the kids. Very slight downside regarding bedding: the mattresses are relatively soft. Taste question… But we still sleep well;-) Thanks to Mariano for hosting. We highly recommend this home and hope to have the opportunity to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

The apartment was beautiful. Location wise it is the perfect spot whether walking from Deià or getting the bus further along the coast. The apartment felt peaceful and comfortable, and was well equipped for making simple meals. The kitchen only has one plug between toaster/kettle/electric hob/coffee machine but this wasn’t a problem for two people. Small nespresso machine (pods available in shop next door) was very useful. All in all perfect stay and would definitely come back - recommend walking from Valdemossa onto the ridge/into muntanya del voltor, taking the bus/walking to Soller and exploring Fornalutx, or swimming in Llucalcari. Views from the terrace were breathtaking and a relaxing spot to soak up the sun

Our stay with Miguel was wonderful. The apartment is top, super equipped and very clean. Communication with Miguel was straightforward and very friendly. The location of the apartment just on the promenade is a dream. I'm sure we'll be back.

A perfect Airbnb holiday experience! 5 adults and a 6 month old had a great time on holiday with this apartment as a base! Location is as good as it gets in Puerto Pollensa! Big area, very well equipped and great communication from the host! Will hopefully be back in future!

We had a wonderful stay! The house has a huge terrace with a stunning view, and the atmosphere inside was very cosy and welcoming. The surroundings were peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Wayne was lovely and communication was smooth and easy. We’d definitely love to come back!

A really absolutely recommended accommodation for a family with a toddler who also likes to be active and prefers a quiet and idyllic retreat. The facilities were perfect for us and we felt very comfortable in the family's private environment. The location is very close to the center of Alcudia but still off the beaten track, so you have more of a rural feeling. Above all, the available toys and trampoline, as well as the sandbox and pedal tractor were worth their weight in gold for us. Thank you for this wonderful time at your place, we will be happy to come back!

Manuel was an extremely generous & responsive host & gave tips for local attractions. His apartment is in a beautiful spot - you can sit on the terrace and watch the sunset over the sea - it’s lovely. What was really good is that the flat is so well equipped & toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc are all provided - this is a massive plus. The flat is perfect for a couple/2 adults or someone with small children- it could hold 4 adults but it would be very cosy. It is at the top of the hill so it’s quite a walk back up- even for us & were fit - so if you’re older or with young kids you would want a car to get down into the centre. The flat is in such a quiet spot it is perfect if you want a peaceful, relaxing break to enjoy the views and the lovely island of Menorca. Thank you !

We spent one week after Easter at the apartment. The communication with Pedro was very well by phone, he was always available for questions. The apartment is perfectly equipped with a lot of stuff on top like spices or books. Sant Elm is a nice little town and the apartment is close to everything. Strong recommendation, thank you for nice holidays.

We stayed the second time in the villa and enjoyed it very much. Very clean and friendly. Definitely recommend it.

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. A fabulous villa which was perfect for 2 families. The views from the villa are quite incredible, you feel enveloped by the mountains. We had everything we needed for our stay, the pool was the perfect temperature and the location is perfect for being close enough to Soller yet still feeling a total sense of space and privacy. Great stay as a family. Very nice house and especially terrace (even at the end of October when the outside temperature is still particularly mild), jaccuzzi much appreciated after a few of walking. Finally, thanks to Esther, Carlos's sister, who was very attentive and responsive (speaking French very well).

I highly recommend this place. the host is really nice and communicative and helpful the house is beautiful and well acquitted the kitchen is full of kitchen supplies and dishes. the surrounding is beautiful and calm green and lots of fresh air. although it was cold and we didn't get in the pool it shows that it's really clean. we recommend it completely
