Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. On our own private lane and just minutes away from award winning wineries, Oceano Dunes, Monarch Butterfly Grove, Pismo Beach, Pismo Outlets, & Pismo Preserve. Avila Beach/Hartford pier. Numerous golf courses. Lopez Lake and San Luis Obispo are just 10-15 minutes from the Chalet. Morro Bay, Montana de Oro and Hearst Castle are short day trips away.
