House is located next to a State park with direct access to hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by open space and view of ocean and hills. Walking distance to beach and downtown. Bylingual (English and German) Owner lives in house and is available via cell phone any time. THERE IS A 2 DAY MINIMUM STAY!!

Perfect Stop Traveling Hwy 1/Tesla charger

This is an attached studio, one block from beach and very spacious. The house upstairs is our home/rental (so expect some noise). Room is a converted workshop, so it's a little industrial but we have done a lot of work to fix it up pretty cute. Wide open space. Space heater included. Use of fridge, coffee maker, microwave and water heater but otherwise no 'kitchen'. Bathroom w/ shower, toilet & sink. No pets from January-May (memorial) as we will have ours but allowed from June on.

Welcome to our beautiful ocean front cottage by the sea. The front garden welcomes you and the view out the back will calm and restore your soul. Walk down the private steps to the beach. Hot water outside shower, gas fire pit, ocean viewing deck - it is all there to complete your ocean front vacation experience. Fully stocked kitchen and all linens provided. You will love it! Due to severe allergies of some of our guests we cannot accommodate service animals at this time.
