We loved everything about this Airbnb! Tracy was a fantastic host and we hope to make it back for another visit. Tracy’s guidebook for the area was especially helpful, we only wish we had more time here!

Bryan's cottage was the dream destination. Steps from the beach and hiking trails it was such a great jumping off point to discover all the wonderful things Baywood-Los Osos had to offer.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Loved It! This stay exceeded all of our expectations! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home (and better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — check-in was smooth, and we had everything we needed. The location was perfect: peaceful, yet close to everything. We can’t wait to come back — highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay!

I loved this place! Everything was clean and comfortable. Especially the bed! It was so comfortable I had to force myself to get up and go do something. It was like sleeping in a soft, white cloud. And the back yard was so clean and spacious. I brought my dog and I felt so safe having him run loose back there. I will caution anyone with a small dog (like a chihuahua or Yorkie) that there is a space about 4 inches under a gate that a small dog might squeeze out of. But since I had a large dog it wasn’t a problem. I loved the fire pit and the hot tub. And they even left a bottle of wine and a gift card for a coffee at a local coffee shop. Not that you will need one. They have an awesome coffee and tea making set up! I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous place to stay, really comfortable and had lots of amenities and useful items in the home to make stay easier - easy to cook etc. really quiet neighbourhood but walkable to main area of morro bay! Family friendly. WiFi was a little patchy but otherwise we loved everything about it.

Thanks for sharing your amazing A-Frame. We had a great time and the new upgrades are great (sauna and BBQ area). Appreciate visiting the area and trying new things so this checked all the boxes. Thanks again.

Wonderful 5 nights at this Beautiful House right on the ocean. The house is well equipped and well cared for, and a very peaceful retreat with fabulous ocean views. Kitchen is well stocked, and the living room/dining room has a great TV and sound system. We really enjoyed our stay. Plus just a few minutes from some great hiking right on the water.

Our hosts were fabulous! They were very friendly and gracious. The place was perfect too. It was quiet and very private. Everything we wanted to do was very close. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!

We reached out to Christine last minute because we had a problem with our other stay booked with another host. She was quick to respond and super helpful. She was able to get the place turned over in an hour for us. When we arrived it was spotless, smelled lovely and had everything I could have needed. I would recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful stay; very family friendly. Kid walked up to the prepared toddler bed and exclaimed: IT'S PERFECT! Overall, great place to relax and enjoy the evening after a day exploring the coast.

I love the location. I love the main home and the apartment with outside entrance. I love the garden backyard and the privacy. I always stay here when I am in Cambria. Nick is a 5 star host.

Maria is a fantastic host. She communicates all necessary information to you and if you have any questions, she follows up very quickly. Her home was immaculate and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. If you want to cook, everything you need is there to prepare a meal, detailed instructions on use of the tv, bed very comfortable, plenty of books and games and a great view of the ocean. Beautiful hiking at Fiscalini Preserve just a two minute walk away. Overall just a great home and she takes pride in keeping it immaculate. Can’t wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Morro Bay. Catherine was a great host, from our booking until our stay ended. The house was ideal, everything was there for us and it’s a great location.

Lovely stay in Baywood Bay with a communicative and kind host! There’s so much to do in the area and this is a great place to stay to explore all the fun things to do nearby. And the cottage is so cute!

This place is awesome. Quiet neighborhood. One street away from Fiscalini ranch preserve trails. Minutes away from town. Not far from Hearst castle. The home is clean with stocked kitchen/dishes/coffee pot/tea kettle. The tv is smart tv so you can login to your own streaming like Hulu/disney/apple/amazon. Love sitting on the patio surrounded by trees. Really a peaceful spot!

Chelsea is truly a super host! Very timely communication, beverages, and snacks awaited us in the AirBnB and everything was labeled for easy navigation. The apartment was very clean, top to bottom. The living room had a very comfy sofa, the kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, lots of wine glassware and utensils, hot water at the ready for showers and a wonderful firm king size mattress and black out shades in the bedroom. Chelsea, thank you for creating a wonderful experience!

This is the perfect romantic getaway! Everything close by…beach, town, shops, restaurants, hearst castle, wineries, pickleball courts, and so much more! The views from our suite were amazing - watching the birds and squirrels, deer just walking around! Steven & Lori very thoughtful and kind…checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Provided coffee, fruit, granola, water, pickleball equipment, maps, binoculars, and welcoming touches in the room (flowers, little notes, etc.). Very friendly hosts! Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!

Wonderfully relaxing stay! The house was beautiful and you can't beat those views! Waking up every morning to view the beautiful surroundings and ocean was heavenly. Comfortable beds and linens! Thank you. We love Cayucos and this was the perfect place for our family.

Enjoyed every moment of our girls weekend getaway! Loved the view to the beach and watching the waves come in and people pass by…we parked our car in the garage and didn’t move it all weekend. We walked to the restaurants located steps away from the unit and enjoyed every bite we had - calamari and chowder at Schooners, waffles and breakfast tacos at Hidden Kitchen, and delicious fresh donuts and fritters from Surf Rat. We meandered through the antique stores and enjoyed a good night’s sleep at the end of each day in the comfy beds. Can’t wait to go back!

We went for a family birthday weekend and this was a great place for that! Despite being close to the main street, it was quiet and the outside deck was a perfect spot to hang out and enjoy views of Morro Rock. Everything was clean and ready to go. We would definitely return!

Comfortable and charming - cupboards stocked, plenty of seating, outstanding views. Patio slider kept wide open to hear the ocean waves crashing…. Perfection! Terri was responsive and engaged with our trip planning needs.

Melissa was wonderful. We had booked another place in Arroyo Grande and when we arrived it was nothing like what it appeared to be online. So we needed to find somewhere else to stay. We reserved this last minute and Melissa had it ready for us to check-in 2 hours later. I am so glad we found it. You pull up to a gorgeous property outside. The house is amazing! Absolutely spotless inside. Everything is top of the line from the linens to the appliances. Amenities are great. There is a ping pong table, pool table and lots of games, all indoors. Melissa provides all the stuff to make smores. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, baking, whatever you want! There is a gorgeous deck with a full ocean view, BBQ, and large table and chairs. Great backyard as well. Walk across the street and two houses down, the beach is right there! The only one thing that I did not care for is the beds. They are a bit too firm. I will definitely book this property again!
