Very cool older home, perfect for a family with a dog, and easy walking distance to downtown SLO. We loved the look and feel of the house, and parking was very easy, so it was a great place from which to explore SLO and the coast. The hot tub was pending a repair so we were not able to use it, but Michelle did adjust the price accordingly for us.

This place is so cute, clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. The pastries from Back Porch Bakery were a very nice treat. The hosts are wonderful and accommodated our special requests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

When I look for an AirBNB, my priorities are always 1) Privacy 2) Outdoor space with BBQ 2) Hot Tub. Kylee's place was perfect. We cooked fresh local fish and oysters on the BBQ and my husband enjoyed the hot tub every morning. In addition, we purchased some firewood and enjoyed each other's company around the awesome firepit. Kylee was always quick to respond. Everything in her place worked great. It was so clean, so cute-ly decorated and the beds were all very comfortable. Five stars all around.

This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Every single detail was so well planned out. From the moment we pulled up out front, we felt right at home. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the toys and ping pong table, while the adults loved sitting by the fire pit and enjoying the hot spa. Nugget ice maker and espresso machine were a bonus that we were so grateful for. Our family had the best time & cannot wait to come back & visit. Our only regret was not staying in this beautiful home longer! Thank you for having us!

Booked this airbnb for a group of friends and a short weekend vacation - PRVR was incredibly communicative throughout the entire stay and prior! Sandy was awesome at checking in with us and answering our questions promptly. The home perfectly and comfortably fit 11 guests. Everyone was shocked by the views and pleased by the openness of the home, making gatherings quite easy. Best time to go was during Spring given the picturesque rolling green hills! The only sad part about it was that it was too cold to swim but the outdoor spa made up for it. Getting the spa heated was a little confusing/difficult, but after reaching out to PRVR (who had kindly sent people to check on it) everything got sorted almost immediately. Great stay, would recommend to anyone looking for a vacation along the central coast!

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was truly enchanting. The home itself is warm and inviting, with every comfort thoughtfully provided—the kitchen is remarkably well stocked, and every room is prepared with care and intention, making it feel like a true home away from home. The outdoor space, however, is what made this visit unforgettable. The yard is a haven—anchored by a spectacular eucalyptus tree that feels almost sacred in its quiet majesty. The gentle rustling of its leaves, paired with the joyful flutter of countless birds that visit the property, created a serene soundtrack to our days. The view of the rolling green hills from the house is simply breathtaking—a perfect backdrop for morning coffee or golden hour conversations. Our children were in heaven with the pool, spa, and thoughtfully curated collection of sports equipment—there was always something fun and active for them to enjoy. I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

This place was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, with everything from plenty of serving trays and wine glasses to measuring cups, pots, and pans—perfect for cooking and entertaining. The home was spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for large groups who want to spend quality time together. The backyard was stunning and a great space for pets. The location was also fantastic—nothing was more than 10 minutes away, yet the house itself was quiet and felt private. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. One of our favorite moments was gathering around the kitchen bar, cooking together, and enjoying great company. We had an amazing stay!

Diane and Mike’s place is like a private little paradise. It’s quiet and peaceful. The view of the sunrise from the bedroom window is nothing short of breathtaking. Nights are clearly visible and gorgeous. You can even occasionally see the rockets from Vandenberg SFB. 10 min from the beach and hundreds of trails. Diane & Mike are incredibly kind and generous, with homemade scones to greet arriving guests and sweet bowls of fresh fruits & veggies from the garden on my doorstep, like a secret garden fairy. Oh, and Bear!! What an absolute love he is! Being here is like winning the lottery. You’ll never want to leave. It’s an incredible thing to find the right match between a peaceful long-term stay and budding new friendships.

The home here is amazing. We really enjoyed the cinematic views and the feeling of seclusion, and the heated pool. Thanks for a great stay!

This is our first time traveling to Arroyo Grande, just because of this house. My family has 4 adults, 1 kid, and 1 large dog. So I booked this house due to it is "pet friendly" and it has a pretty backyard according to the pictures. We fell in love with it immediately when we arrived it! The inside, front yard, and backyard were all contemporary style and designed professionally. All the electronics are modern and function very well. My husband enjoyed turning on the music and could hear it everywhere around the house. Cory prepared snacks, bowls, and blankets for the dog, so he could sleep in the house but away from furniture and carpet. My son and our dog run a lot in the backyard, and the whole family had a sweet night hanging outside as well. The local restaurants/coffee shops and shopping stores recommendation list is very helpful. We saved a lot of time on searching when we needed them. Overall, I feel it is worth every penny that I spend! I highly recommend it!

The property is amazing and the house had everything we needed. It was a great place to catch up with old friends we had not seen in a while!

We enjoyed our stay the Fischer house. It is evident is a well loved home and we were very comfortable. Laura was kind and hospitable, letting us borrow boogie boards for the kids and the house is very convenient for our walks to the beach and to the main street for dining. Don’t miss the blue corn waffles at Hidden Kitchen.

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Peggy was such a a sweet host and her place shows thoughtfulness throughout. Not only very clean but perfectly stocked with just about everything u would need. The whole house has little touches throughout that made the stay so comfortable and convenient. We will be forevermore staying here for future visits to this area.

This property is an absolute gem! Out in the country with very little traffic. Greatc360 degree views of the local wine country. Bill and Julie's dining recommendations were spot on. The only recommendation we would make, is to have a key pad on the inside of the gate as well. We had to drive a car down to the gate so my wife could get out to go for a run. We would highly recommend this property for a couple or family! Cheers, Andy
