Monthly Rentals in Pinheira Beach

Wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, well maintained, comfortable and super complete. The location is excellent, close to the beach and with easy access to everything we needed during the trip. We felt at home from beginning to end. Communication with the host was also great, always thoughtful and helpful. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant place to rest!

Guilherme was an excellent host. Very kind and willing to adapt the house to our needs. Spacious, comfortable and complete house. The patio of the house is fenced and safe, which made it possible for us to take our little dog. We went in the fall, taking our elderly parents and it was great. Very nice beach, many beautiful places for hiking, two restaurants open near the house this time of year. Nearby downtown area, also with a variety of shops. On Saturdays and Sundays, more restaurant options are open.

Alessandro and his wife are very careful and the house was spotless. Very dear, gave tips, offered facilities and helped as much as possible during the stay. Note 10, if I return to the region, that's where I'll stay.

The cabin offers everything that is advertised, security, privacy, cozy atmosphere, all the necessary utensils for cooking, outdoor area with a very nice barbecue, exactly what we needed. It is very close to the access to trails in Vale da Utopia, which was our main objective in the region, but we ended up exploring other places as beautiful as this one. The host was lovely. It's definitely a place we would come back.
