The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

Great location in a secure and maintained residence. Direct access to surfers' beach is a plus as well as the pool. You can park the car at the foot of the apartment, which is very convenient. We also have access to beach gear (chairs, bodyboard boards). The bedding is excellent and it is very quiet for sleeping.

The apartment and condominium are just like the pictures!! Kitchen, living room, balcony and large outdoor space, integrated and extremely comfortable for families! Fully equipped kitchen, nothing was missing!! Bedrooms: very comfortable beds, pillows. Bathrooms: very good showers, cleanliness and great basic items. Very good outdoor area, practical and private access to the beach safely. I hope to be able to come more often!! The stay was great!!

This apartment is a gem in Novo Campeche. The location facing the sea, with a view of the waves and the native vegetation and beach dunes are a source of daily contemplation. The decor is extremely tasteful with furniture from well-known designers, premium materials and planned lighting. The rooms (all en-suites) with comfortable beds, air-conditioning, blackout windows, are spacious and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped with top brand equipment. Nothing is missing. In the bathrooms there was Granado shampoo and conditioner. The building is calm, the street is very quiet. There is also a swimming pool in front of the building that almost goes unnoticed if you don't go out on foot. Probably the best and most beautiful Airbnb in Novo Campeche.

We really liked the accommodation, Roberto attended to us, the house was clean and organized. We had a disagreement about the listing yesterday, it said there were towels and a hairdryer in the listing. When I got there, there wasn't any. We also had a little difficulty contacting Roberto during the stay, it took about 8 hours to respond in the chat, and that made it a little difficult. But the accommodation itself is small but very cozy, I just advise you to find out what's in the house.

The house is beautiful and has many details. The garden is beautiful, with a lot of diversity of plants, very spacious, my children were playing there all the time when we came back from the beach, they practically didn't watch TV. It's a pleasure to be in the hammock at night surrounded by that beautiful vegetation. The location is ideal because you are very close to the beaches of Cima, Pinheira Centro and Guarda da Embau. It's best to have a car, but you can walk. The house has everything. For the four of us, it was more than enough. Gladys is a very good person Very attentive. She lives upstairs, which gave us security, but she was not invasive, on the contrary, she was super respectful of our privacy. In fact, we didn't even see her, but if we needed anything, she would answer us right away. We had a fantastic 2 weeks at her house. Hopefully next year we can go back!!!!

Wonderful place!! It's excellent, the tranquility of the place, the contact with nature, the panoramic view of the sea and the vegetation make the place a heavenly environment! The beaches are beautiful and much quieter than those in the north of the island, which are always full of a lot of people. The house is really spectacular with all the amenities, very well set, the decoration and details create a magical, dreamy place. Hosts Airton and Bernardete are amazing people, extremely nice, always willing to inform and help Very respectful, they make you feel right at home. This is the second year that I have vacationed with my partner at their house. We could have chosen another place in Florianópolis this time, but really with everything mentioned above, they always make us want to return. We hope to be lucky enough to return in the coming years. Don't hesitate to visit this wonderful place!

We spend 7 days at Noemi's accommodation and love the stay. We feel at home, with all the utensils in the kitchen, spacious and organized bathroom, spacious room as well. We love that the house has a balcony with a barbecue and a hammock to rest. In addition to the comfort, the accommodation is very close to the beach, and can be reached on foot. We recommend!

Staying at Bruno's house was great, the street is super quiet, the house is cozy, and it made all the difference having such a well-equipped work area - we had to work during the stay and the internet was also good. We highly recommend it, it was a great experience.

The place is clean and super organized, the hosts are super gentle, we were greeted by Pedro before check-in as we had a baby and we needed to get organized and a place to leave luggage. They were super understanding and let us in an hour earlier on account of the baby. Thank you for hosting and empathy for both!! The place is great for a family of 3!!❤️In question the lagoon is super close indeed, close to Porto where we took a boat trip and we went to the waterfall, the place is worth it!! In the boat pass, we pay super cheap and cost $38 back and forth.

Everything was perfect! The apartment utensils worked, the beds were great and many details made a difference. The condominium is a gift apart, the leisure area is great! Cold but pleasant pool; beautiful playground! It was very worth it.

We spent a few days in Floripa and the weather did not help, as it only rained. So we enjoyed the house and the pool a lot. Spacious house, exactly as in the pictures and easy access to everything. We love it!

Beautiful house for rest. A very quiet area with a large supermarket just a few meters away. The whole house was sparkling with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
