Come and spend a few days in the coziness and the tranquility that only a house on the beach can offer. Simple house but complete on the general street with a grocery store at 50 mts. It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.

The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.

There are two properties on the same plot, however ,the space is separated or private no one enters the space of the other. It is 3 minutes walk to the beach ,we are behind the sea . , in one of the best locations ,the streets are sidewalks ,market nearby. A very quiet neighborhood. The center of Pinheira is about a 10-minute walk from the beach. We do not have a covered garage, the car is in the courtyard.
