Nice and comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bath house with 2 living areas situated on a 0.5 acre lot with a huge fenced in backyard. You will love the cabiny feel of this place with hardwood floors and cabin decor. Within a very short walk from Woodland Lake, playgrounds and miles of hiking trails. Walking distance to liquor store, coffee shop, restaurant and bar and a short drive to some of the coolest places in Pinetop as well as the casino! Also within about a 30 minute drive of Sunrise Ski resort.

Backyard is set up for enjoying the whistle thru the pines - sounds of blue jays, squirrels and quiet neighbourhood! We just added a King bed to the second bedroom as well. Cool nights by the indoor fireplace or sit out under the stars in front of the Gas FirePit! Streaming TV's in both bedrooms and Living Room!
