Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pinetop-Lakeside

We loved this place & right across the street from The Gathering Place where our daughter’s wedding was.

John & Jennifer definitely exceeded our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! They messaged us days before arrival to meet and provide directions. On our way we got lost and they helped guide us back to the main road. Upon arrival they greeted us and ensured we had all we needed. They provided so much that we definitely overpacked...towels, linens, blankets (heated ones also), hygiene items, everything to cook/bake, tools to brush the snow off of our vehicle, sleds, and so much more. They plowed the road. They were so kind to give us Grandma's hot chocolate, marshmellows, & candy canes for our children, &gave us some carrots and let us barrow some scarfs to make snowmen. The home was very clean, had heated toilets, & a sleep number bed. There were games to play and we loved them so much we ordered them to arrive at our home by the time we returned. I could go on but am running out of character space! We loved it so much we extended our stay 2nights & reserved our next stay!

Overall, we had a great time here. Laura and Bob were very responsive with questions and the space was perfect for what we needed. Would love to come back in the winter for a skiing adventure!

We had a wonderful stay at the Forrest Condo Retreat! The location is absolutely beautiful! Peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by trees. The home itself was surprisingly spacious and very family-friendly, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Anna was a great host! Responsive, friendly, and she left clear instructions that made check-in and the stay super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time in Pinetop, and a large part of that was due to our stay at the “Tree Tops.” Inside is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Our daughters loved the bunk bedroom, the 2 other rooms had sliding doors that let in the perfect amount of sunlight, evening breeze, and give you access to the balcony that spans the length of the condo. The balcony was one of my favorite places to hangout at night (especially with a drink in my hand). Though the property has other condos on it, the fact that you are surrounded by a forest and it’s so quiet makes it feel like it’s just you and your family out in the woods. The beds and couches were all very comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for our needs - we had all the amenities we could think of. Not far from the main road/highway which has a Safeway about 7 to 10 minutes away. A huge thank you to the hosts. Laura was so kind, helpful and had great communication. She was committed to ensuring our stay was a memorable one!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! Everything was perfect — clean, cozy, and full of charm. The surroundings were peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway. Our hosts were kind and helpful, and we felt very welcome from the start. We would definitely come back anytime — highly recommended!

The place looked exactly like the photos, it was clean, affordable, and the beds are very comfortable. Surroundings are a little industrial, but still quiet.

We have stayed at Jill's properties a few times and she is always a great host! She communicates well and always responds promptly! The properties are very nicely appointed and have everything you need for an enjoyable stay! We will certainly stay with Jill again!

Alexander's place was absolutely perfect. I loved how responsive he was to all my questions and how he helped us when suggestions were needed right away for somewhere to take the kids to play. The home was beautiful, clean and cozy I could lay around and relax all day if I wanted to. I loved the park across the street for the kids. So many stores and restaurants near by for last minute items. As we drove off my 6 year old son said he wants to come back to this house when it snows again, and I couldn't agree more. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay, you won't regret it. I can't wait to go back.

This was one of those rare rentals, where you immediately felt at home as soon as you walked in the door. It was private, well appointed/stocked (games, movies, books, everything) which made it very comfortable and enjoyable. I had a few questions, and Rachel responded quickly and was very kind. Highly recommend staying here if you want the comforts of home in a peaceful location.

Kathy was great, very friendly and responsive. Check in was a breeze and the home was amazing. Everything you need for a trip away from home. Peace and quiet was the goal and from start to end Kathy did not disappoint! Would absolutely recommend the property and any others Kathy is associated with!!!

Barbara and Joseph's place was exactly what our family of four needed! Quiet but close (only ~10 mins away from lots to do in Show Low OR Pinetop). It was larger than we expected, had two bathrooms, and our kids loved all the friendly animals (dogs, cat, chickens, and a goose) on the pretty property. We ended up staying at the house vs. activities more because we liked it so much! Barbara and Joseph were great hosts, very accommodating and helpful, and our kids are already asking to stay again. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this stay!

My husband, pup, and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable. We enjoyed all the creatures of the neighborhood including alpacas, goats, and deer. The proximity to stores, restaurants and Show Low Lake was a big plus.

My family and I loved Williams Airbnb, it felt so comfy and relaxing and at home. All rooms were very nice and put together. With the snow everything was amazing will be coming back thank you William!

A perfect home away from home. Had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The area was beautiful. We were in and out majority of the time so we didn’t have time to use some of the amenities. The condo was clean and met our expectations, the only down side was the parking. We had to park on the other side of the lot and walk/carry our luggage. Other than that it was a great!

We enjoyed the condo as it was comfortable and just what we were looking for. Although it was just the two of us it would be ideal for a family of four or two couples.

Such a cozy place and only a short drive to everything you could possibly want to do! The condo was stocked with everything you could need and was a perfect stay!

We went to Show Low for a girls weekend. Heather’s condo worked so well. We appreciated the split floorplan and the mattresses on both beds were great! Our only (very minor) comments are we would have liked clearer instructions for the TV and that the water pressure in the en suite bedroom was quite low. The road noise from White Mtn Blvd was noticeable but it was to be expected as it was a holiday weekend. Other than those little things, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great time staying at Azzez's place - the hosts were responsive, everything was clean and very comfortable, and the view was amazing! Definitely will stay there again the next time we're in Show Low!
