Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Remodeled Midcentury with HUGE Pool! (UNHEATED and seasonal but always clean and open.) There is no safety gate from the house to the pool so please be aware that children should be supervised at all times. You will have the whole house and yard to yourself. 3 Bedrooms: Each with queen size beds. HUGE eat in kitchen that is well stocked. Sparkling pool and loungers with BBQ, toys and floats.

Beautiful home located close to downtown Scottsdale, ASU,Fashion Square Mall, Mill Ave, Tempe Marketplace, Spring training fields. Rental includes full kitchen, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and living room and dining room. Home is not shared with owner or any other guests not in your own party. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles on our driveway and plenty of street parking also. Garage not included. Security camera outside front door & garage.

Come enjoy our queen IKEA sofa bed with tons of closet/ dresser space. Our patio has a mirror is completely private, making it a perfect space for yoga/martial arts practices, sunbathing etc. Scooter and bike rentals throughout our neighborhood (Bird and Lyft) make it easy and fun to get around, especially to tour around the lake. We are close to everything in a great, lively, safe neighborhood and can’t wait to host you!
