Closed to TSN airport is a plus, but not many activities for ones want to explore. I would prefer district 4, district 1 or bình Thạnh landmark 81

The place is easy to find. From there you can reach a lot, e. B Phan xích Long Street, numerous cafes, restaurants..., Tân sơn nhứt Airport, Tân định Market, Saigon Market, etc... The room is large enough. The bathroom is clean. The hallway is well equipped: washing machine, dryer, kitchenette, microwave. It's nice if there was a toaster too. In general, I am very satisfied. I'd love to come back.

I don’t remember how many time I stayed in your place, and this was so different. I am so thankful for your help to make a day I stayed in Sai Gon better. Ha is a super friendly host I ever met.

Overall a fantastic experience all round. Highly recommended and I'll be staying here someday again :)

Beautiful and wonderful apartment, spectacular view, easy short cab ride to the downtown, convenience store on premises, driveway doorman making life so much easier rather than trying to hail cabs on the busy street. The hostess and her mom are absolutely lovely people. This is my new favorite place in Saigon.

Quiet apartment despite the fact that we are close to the airport, five minutes by taxi. There are excellent options for dining out nearby. This is the second time we've stayed at Teddy's and we've been very well looked after.

The place is neat and cozy, and very thoughtful in providing the essential needs. We had a great experience staying. The area is really quiet and private. Our check-in and check-out went smoothly. Annie is very responsive, thoughtful, and helpful. We’re just so happy that we found this place during our stay in Vietnam. Plus it’s a pretty place!

I truly loved staying at this place; it’s in an ideal location, close to everything you might need in Saigon, from local markets and cafes to main attractions and public transport. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washer, which made things super convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the space felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It made my time in this beautiful city even more enjoyable. I would love to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Very sweet out of the way apartment, there is a lovely restaurant right next door and lots of cafes around. We arrived earlier than check in and the staff were able to get our room really earlier for us which was really nice. The centre is in walking distance if you are happy for a 30 minute walk or a quick cheap taxi. We definitely recommend :)

I was grateful that the host was considerate and cared for me during the check-in and checkout process. The security guard was kind, and I was grateful that he carried my luggage to the accommodation and tried to help me.When I booked the accommodation, I looked at the map and booked it close to the airport, but I checked out in the morning and grabbed it and it didn't even take 5 minutes to get to the airport. There were many convenience stores around the accommodation, and Grab was good, so there was nothing uncomfortable. The accommodation was exactly as pictured and clean.However, one thing that was disappointing was that it would have been nice to install a mosquito net on the window rather than a diffuser to ventilate well.

A nice spot in a great location! WiFi was good and easy to do video calls. Nice watching YouTube on the projector… I really enjoyed that part! A clean and comfortable place. Excellent communication. Would recommend to everyone!

Great place to stay in District 3, close to all of the attractions in District1, although you need to ride in a Grab to get into most of the sites in District 1 unless you’re willing to walk 20-30 minutes each way. The apartment itself is fantastic, very clean and in a great building. Ahn was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. The only downsides being that the water pressure in the showers was not very strong and the ensuite bathroom fan has a squeaking sound. Every night the beer garden across the road played extremely loud music until 10pm, so on the nights when we had early morning pick-ups booked for tours, we had to wear ear plugs to go to sleep. Overall a great stay for one week.

We loved the cosy apartment which was great for our family. It had everything you need for a short or longer term. Only a 10 min drive to the airport but you can't hear the planes which we could watch out of the window. Plenty of food places and shops around, a huge park with playground and water park. It took us 30 min to the CBD which could easily be explored.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh City, and it exceeded all my expectations. Despite being centrally located, the space was peaceful, offering a perfect escape after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. I especially appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi and the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the warm weather. Quoc was very helpful to us. He & his wife are nice people. He has a coffee shop downstairs and they sell really good coffee! We will definitely stay here again. He would always attend to our needs and even point out some local shops/restaurants that we should try which made our trip easy! We stayed at his place for 2 weeks and its been a great experience. Our only issue was the water pressure from the shower, its not that strong which makes shower time a bit longer and the placement of the shower head is also low since I’m tall. I also wish that the bath tub will also be thoroughly cleaned because there are some dried dusts on the surface. But overall, we are happy to have found Quoc’s place and we will definitely stay here in again! Highly recommend!

My favorite Airbnb stay so far: Everything was clean, neat and elegant luxurious. All staff members from the reception to the cleaning lady were very kind, helpful and so lovely! The pool on the 8th floor is well maintained and perfectly sized, ideal for a comfortable quiet get away. Would love to come back anytime - thank you for the great experience!

Great location. Close to the airport, decent number Vietnamese food joints within a five min walk. The ground floor has a 7-11, and a Vietnamese equivalent. The apt is cozy. Lots of closets. Ideal for a small family. Strongly recommended…

Great modernized place to stay. 24/7 7 eleven nearby for convenience. Would stay again if in the city.
