I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect — not far from the Airport. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Huu also very helpful, and fast respond. Would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay. Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Very nice stay. Very responsive for replies. Easy to get itn with great instructions and ppl to meet us at yeh door. Used one off her drivers to get from airport so knew exactly where to go. Even let us leave our bags in there while we had a late flight. Would highly recommend. Thankyou.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, nail salons, hair wash spots, and massage places all within walking distance. The room itself was great—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The washroom was also in great condition. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even offering us a discount when we had to extend our booking on the last day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We had to check in past midnight and Ai, the building manager was very helpful! He put labels on each step when we checked in. Labels on doors and the lift on what we need to do and even sent instructions with photos to help us. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends who will come to Saigon!

I had a really nice time staying at the condo! The host is extremely responsive and caring about everything you might need inside or outside the apartment. The unit is well maintained with a modern look. Everything is placed correctly and clean. Never had a problem with anything. The place is conveniently connected to the airport with bus or a cheap ride of taxi. The surroundings along the canal are vibrant with a lot of options of food. This is a must to enjoy a nice trip in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you Annie!

this is a beautiful and cozy house, with a wonderful host who will help you with all your questions and will do everything possible for your comfortable stay. the house has everything that is so important to me on a long trip - a balcony, drinking water, a comfortable bed and plenty of light in the room, as well as the opportunity to cook. the location is also perfect in every sense. It was very nice to be there. and now I know exactly where I will stay in Saigon next time, for a longer period of time. We had an amazing stay here and the place is very cozy. The entrance was small and we took awhile to locate our airbnb plus there was couple flights of stairs which was quite challenging bringing up and down the luggages that we had but overall amazing place! 💯

The owner communicates clearly and actively. The building and the interior appliances are clean. I usually don't care about the air conditioner, but it was really nice that it was clean.(March 2025) I don't expect the view, but the lighting is really good. It's a great place to stay.

My favorite Airbnb in Saigon. I have stayed in their other suite (Professor) several times. The common area with the kitchen downstairs is furnished like the Friends set, nicely done and cozy. The Rio suite is private, spacious, bright and has a proper working desk. Lots of Vietnamese restaurants in this area and it's near to the hustle and bustle of D1. Host is always helpful and responsive. Thanks again!

If you are going to HCMC/Saigon and are looking for a place in District 1 - stay in Sailing Tower! Neighbor to Independence Palace and minutes to Central Post Office and Cathedral. Several good breakfast and eateries in the neighborhood. The view from the balcony over the city is magical. Jayden who helped us check in was incredibly friendly and responded quickly to questions. Can only recommend this home!
