Waterfront vacation rentals in Phú Nhuận

It's a very nice apartment with three solo room. And three decent big beds. Me and my friends were very happy about the accommodation. The place is right next to the Landmark 81, tallest building in the city. Environment around is nice and quiet at night. We would choose the same place if we come to Ho Chi Minh again.

Great Airbnb, in a great complex. Comfortable beds, great aircon and amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Been back many times , will be back again.

The place is very well located and rather secure, the neighborhood is typical Vietnamese with lots of street food spots within walking distance while being very close to District 1 and tourist spots. The host is very kind and can advise you on places to visit and/or eat in Saigon. If you're lucky, Justin will even show you how to cook typical local dishes! Finally, the apartment is on the top floor of a residence, you have a bathroom/toilet connected to your room. The standard is not the same as in Europe but is very decent for accommodation in Vietnam, I recommend this room for its value for money.

The room is spacious and has a beautiful, peaceful view of the river. The location is also fantastic for exploring the local markets and food vendors on foot. It only took us less than 15 minutes to reach the center districts. There are also loads of cafes and local restaurants in the area to try out. The check-in/ check-out process is quick and simple, and the owner is super friendly. You definitely need to stay here if you want to get the authentic Saigon-er experience.

We stayed a month at Bach's place and loved it- we were sad to leave at the end and would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked. The apartment is well-equipped and we felt right at home, perfect for a longer stay. The view overlooking the zoo was a highlight- great to see so much greenery in such a central location. Lastly, we loved the area. So many great restaurants, bars cafes within walking distance of the apartment and the neighbourhood had a great buzz.

This time, I went on my first international trip with old friends ~ It is located in a quiet neighborhood without being noisy, so I had a comfortable stay ~ You can take a taxi anywhere in 20 minutes based on the accommodation, and the taxi fare is cheap, so I stayed casually. The host also responds well and is kind ~ Ah! The view from the rooftop is also very good:)

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Spotless, very beautiful, and homely home. Ly and her family are very kind and a wonderful to talk to. Ly was a star bringing us bananas and some fresh lemongrass water daily and giving us a great itinerary to follow whilst we were there to explore her amazing city. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay out the way of the bustle of the city but only a short 15 minute commute to the centre by taxi, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Minh's place was super nice and I felt right at home. Close to everything. The main street near the house has a lot of cafes, food places and etc. Definitely recommend Minh's place.

Our group of 5 stayed here for two nights. It’s directly across the bridge from District 1, super convenient location to get to all the main attractions. Spacious living room and kitchen, but didn’t really use it since we ate out most days or GRAB for meals. Floors were a little dusty, and no extra blankets. So if your group needs it, request for it ahead of time.

Amazing stay in a centrally located spot in District 1! The Airbnb was modern, super clean, and felt very safe. Each room had its own AC unit, which kept the space nice and cool—perfect for the heat. The bedrooms, living area, and bathrooms were all spacious and comfortable, making it great for groups or longer stays. One thing to note: since it’s in a gated community with 24/7 security, Grab drivers and delivery services aren’t allowed to enter the complex, so you’ll need to meet them at the gate. A key fob is also required for entering and exiting the property, so make sure to keep it with you at all times. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

apartment very clean, quiet, comfortable, in a very nice area, near a shop open 24h, restaurants, close to the center you can walk, the only downside for me is the lack of access to the swimming pool in the entire facility and the lack of access to the gym in the facility. apparently short-term tenants do not have access to the swimming pool in the building. Host is very helpful.
