Waterfront vacation rentals in Phú Nhuận

It's a very nice apartment with three solo room. And three decent big beds. Me and my friends were very happy about the accommodation. The place is right next to the Landmark 81, tallest building in the city. Environment around is nice and quiet at night. We would choose the same place if we come to Ho Chi Minh again.

The place is very well located and rather secure, the neighborhood is typical Vietnamese with lots of street food spots within walking distance while being very close to District 1 and tourist spots. The host is very kind and can advise you on places to visit and/or eat in Saigon. If you're lucky, Justin will even show you how to cook typical local dishes! Finally, the apartment is on the top floor of a residence, you have a bathroom/toilet connected to your room. The standard is not the same as in Europe but is very decent for accommodation in Vietnam, I recommend this room for its value for money.

The apartment is full of impressions and has its own garden above. The view to the center and Saigon river makes me love it. the apartment is clean and equipped with high-class amenities. I highly recommend to you guys!

Good location, many things to do like golf, go-kart, restaurants....good relax

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

location is great. room is good. wasn't clear on how to check out since Hao stopped responding on checkout day. some things to consider... shower drain clogs very quickly, so your showers need to be very short. bed is old, so middle is sunken in. if you're on one side or the other, you'll roll into the center. otherwise, a good place to stay

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Spotless, very beautiful, and homely home. Ly and her family are very kind and a wonderful to talk to. Ly was a star bringing us bananas and some fresh lemongrass water daily and giving us a great itinerary to follow whilst we were there to explore her amazing city. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice relaxing stay out the way of the bustle of the city but only a short 15 minute commute to the centre by taxi, in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. Great Airbnb with modern amenities in new high rise building right across the bridge in D2. Location is convenient at less than 5 minutes from the bustling D1. Host was always responsive and held my luggage since I arrived prior to check in. The space was spacious, clean and had good AC. Gym access was an added perk and nearby convenience store made it easy to get things.

We had high expectations and these were greatly exceeded, the place is beautifully decorated, and was super tidy. The sauna, swimming pool and gym were beautiful just like the apartment; the pool runs 360 degrees around the complex which provides plenty of space and always a place in the sun! The sauna was wonderfully spacious, enough for 5 to sit comfortably. And the gym had everything you needed! The mini Bad: - the right sliding door to the balcony was a bit stiff but the left just worked well so that was no other problem -there was somewhat few silverware, plates and glasses. Nothing else about this apartment to criticize great stay. The door doorman was also a great guy!

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.
