One of the best places I've ever stayed at. Everything is exactly what the pictures look like. The washer is also a dryer. There are two great pho shops right outside. Great for breakfast in the morning.

My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

This was my second time staying here, and just like last year, it was great and easy to get to the airport after our trip. Host was great. No issues at all, highly recommend this place.

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

The apartment building was very good as well as the apartment we stayed in. The location is very central within District 1 with Ben Than Market just minutes away as well as many other tourist spots

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

Great location, very helpful host.

Our stay at the apartment was amazing, we were able to check in a little early after leaving our luggage with them while we walked the city for a while. There’s a mini mart right next door for drinks, snacks, etc. The cleaning staff was super friendly and happy to help. The bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of hot water for showering. Having a smart TV to stream our shows at night was a great plus. Overall, 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to explore Saigon.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, nail salons, hair wash spots, and massage places all within walking distance. The room itself was great—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The washroom was also in great condition. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even offering us a discount when we had to extend our booking on the last day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Location was super convenient by the airport. Check in instruction provided were well written and easy to understand. Estelle was easy to reach throughout the duration of my stay. Staff on site were extremely friendly and treated me like family. Would book again. Thank you!

From cute cafés and relaxing spas to street food stalls and even a Michelin-star restaurant, you’re spoiled for choice. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment itself was super quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing—super responsive and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions I had. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully put together, from the decor to the little details that made the stay extra special. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. Honestly, I’d book it again in a heartbeat :)

Sarahs place was absolutely fantastic! clean, easy to find, very quiet, close to all shops for everything needed for a lengthy stay. Sarah was great in accomodating any requests we had, which is so important. the rooftop garden was great for work meetings as it was quiet and peaceful to work. would definitely recommend this place to get away from the hustle and bustle of district one, as theres plenty of food and shopping options close by. Thanks to Sarah for being a great host!

Nice place. Rooftop is cool and has lots of plants. Room itself is great. Bed and pillow are comfy. Kitchen has everything you need. Good A/C. Plenty of closet space. Host is very responsive!! Dryer and cleaner included. Parking included but can be tight if there are more than 3 motorbikes. Easy waste disposal.

Check-in was detailed and host was responsive. Location is pretty close to a lot of restaurants and gyms. Close commute to District 1 and the airport. The alley is big enough for cars to drive in.

Lala is great host. She was friendly, specific check in instructions, details. Her apartment is fully furnished such as stove, pots, cooking utensils, soft bed, comfortable to sleep in. The balcony welcomes the warm sun. Area with many eateries, coffee shops and supermarket Especially, just a few hundred meters walking can reach the airport I will come back when I get a chance I like the apartments of Lala, I will always choose KIRAKUAN

Anne's Home is a wonderful six-story layout of modern studios and spacious common areas, including a rooftop garden that's particularly beautiful. The units and common areas are clean, regularly maintained, and include a washer and dryer on the third and fifth floors. The building is a five-minute walk away from grocery stores, several gyms, restaurants, and a few bars. It's also about 15 minutes away from the city center by motorcycle. Sarah, the building's owner, was extremely kind and welcoming. She was responsive and attentive to all our needs. All in all, I had a lovely experience in HCM, and I wouldn't mind staying here again!

Excellent stay, location is good, very close to Airport, responsive host. Host accepted my stay request late night to ensure I will have a place to crash while I was in transit. I will be forever thankful for the host and recommend everyone this place.
