It was my first time using it this year.This time, I used it for a little over two weeks. It is very close to the airport, and it is about 30-40 minutes by Grab to the first ward.There is a convenience store and supermarket under the building, which is very convenient.There are also many local shops around.The pool was renovated last year and is clean and easy to use, but it is crowded on Saturdays and Sundays because it is used by children. The room is very convenient for working.The bed is also comfortable.I've already booked a few more times this year. It would be perfect if there was a washing machine.

Thi Duong listing is exactly as described in the listing. it is clean, smells good. The checkin is very smooth. The host and team is very responsive. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils, bowls, spoons etc., The bathroom is veryyyyy clean. The rooms and mattress are spotless. I had a peaceful sleep in the air conditioned room. The apartment was clean just as above the pictures. The location of the apartment is airy, close to the beautiful and large park Gia Dinh. It is also very convenient to go to the airport from the apartment. Especially the host Khanh is very enthusiastic and lively. E Khanh always supported and answered his questions very quickly. I also try to meet my requirements or provide the most appropriate solution so that I can stay in this apartment in the most comfortable way. I was going to rent for 1 night that I finally stayed for a whole week. Thank you so much e Khanh!

Thus was a very hospitable Host, who at the last minute was able to help me as my surgery was delayed, another couple of days. and though I did have to move rooms, I did not have to change hotels which was extremely convenient. She also had the staff wash my clothes, not having a washer on the new room, she made every effort to keep me happy and make my stay perfect it's the little things that mean so much! Thank you Thuý!!

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Mansion in Ho Chi Minh! The location is excellent—close to the city centre, making it convenient for leisure. We chose this property as it was close to the airport for our last days before going home, but the property deserves consideration anyway as it was just lovely. Comfy beds, nice linen/bedding, and the apartment was just so clean and tidy. Friendly host, secure access. Had a supermarket in the building which was very convenient, as were the washer/dryer machine. Highly recommended property.

We stayed one night prior to our departure home and this location was perfect as it was close to the airport- about 10 minute Grab ride. The apartment is on the 17th floor, has a balcony, and nice views from 2 of the bedrooms. The doorman assisted when we arrived and the instructions made the check in and check out process easy. The showers have nice water pressure and the AC cooled the place quickly. The host was proactive in communications and checked in with us to make sure we were able to access the apartment. We would stay here again.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Clean. The host is very friendly. There were some mosquitoes, but it was possible to exterminate them with incense and electric products. An electric mosquito repellent in each room.It would have been better if there was one.

this is a beautiful and cozy house, with a wonderful host who will help you with all your questions and will do everything possible for your comfortable stay. the house has everything that is so important to me on a long trip - a balcony, drinking water, a comfortable bed and plenty of light in the room, as well as the opportunity to cook. the location is also perfect in every sense. It was very nice to be there. and now I know exactly where I will stay in Saigon next time, for a longer period of time. Thomas, I was very glad to meet you, I hope I will be able to visit saigon and your house again soon. thank you and good luck with everything!
