This apartment is comfortable and clean. It has been perfect for early morning flights out of HCMC as it is very close to the airport. Thửy is a fantastic host and easy to communicate with The apartment complex has a nice swimming pool, communal area and supermarkets/cafes/convenience stores.

I wanted to try something more authentic and genuine in the busy city of Saigon. But at the same time I want to have access to restaurants and shops so I went to Nhuong accomodation and I got it all. The room looks like on the photos and are clean and have everything you need. I can recommend this place to anyone coming to Saigon.

The room was clean, cozy and the wifi was strong. Perfect for both work and relaxing. Check-in was smooth and easy and the location was convenient with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Second time staying here, and it only got better! The room is super clean and comfortable. Good WiFi. Love having the coffee shop downstairs, communal kitchen, and pool. Nga was super responsive, got back within minutes of any message, and check-in was flexible and easy. The hotel is tucked behind a busy street so you can get whatever you need nearby but it’s also quiet and private. Highly recommend!

We were 5 with my wife and our 3 kids. The apartment is big and cosy, perfectly situated, with access to a swiming pool! The host was easy to reach and very supportive! Excellent stay, excellent view!

This was by far one of the best stays I've had in Saigon. The space was absolutely beautiful and luxurious in every way. Located in district 3, I appreciated how central it was to most things, while also being tucked away from the street noise. The condo was spacious, clean, and furnished with lots of amenities. I appreciated having access to a washer/dryer, full kitchen and private balcony. The building and apartment was surrounded with overflowing plants, greenery and minimalist decor. I felt a deep sense of calm and relaxation every time I came home. The service/staff/security guards/receptionist were professional and kind. Very communicative and checking in frequently to make sure my needs were met. 10/10 <3

The apartment is in a modern condo with an amazing rooftop pool and gym. In the surroundings you can find several bars and restaurants. The city center is 10 min away by Grab. Perfect for a short stay!

Amazing stay in a centrally located spot in District 1! The Airbnb was modern, super clean, and felt very safe. Each room had its own AC unit, which kept the space nice and cool—perfect for the heat. The bedrooms, living area, and bathrooms were all spacious and comfortable, making it great for groups or longer stays. One thing to note: since it’s in a gated community with 24/7 security, Grab drivers and delivery services aren’t allowed to enter the complex, so you’ll need to meet them at the gate. A key fob is also required for entering and exiting the property, so make sure to keep it with you at all times. Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly and helpful host. Recommended to stay if you want some quiet time away from the city. Grab always available whenever you need to get out and about. Will stay again when I come back to Ho Chi Minh City!
