I truly loved staying at this place; it’s in an ideal location, close to everything you might need in Saigon, from local markets and cafes to main attractions and public transport. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washer, which made things super convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the space felt clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It made my time in this beautiful city even more enjoyable. I would love to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Closed to TSN airport is a plus, but not many activities for ones want to explore. I would prefer district 4, district 1 or bình Thạnh landmark 81

Beautiful and wonderful apartment, spectacular view, easy short cab ride to the downtown, convenience store on premises, driveway doorman making life so much easier rather than trying to hail cabs on the busy street. The hostess and her mom are absolutely lovely people. This is my new favorite place in Saigon.

The team was amazing from the pre checking in communication all the way till the end. The room was really pretty and matched the description, thou there we minimal wear here and there it's definitely something that can be over looked. The general location of the area is great. but the exact address is slightly confusing for grab drivers perhaps it's something the team can look into further to make the location pin more accurate or even signs if that helps 😅 nevertheless an awesome stay with the team! I definitely will be back soon.

A nice spot in a great location! WiFi was good and easy to do video calls. Nice watching YouTube on the projector… I really enjoyed that part! A clean and comfortable place. Excellent communication. Would recommend to everyone!

Great place to stay in District 3, close to all of the attractions in District1, although you need to ride in a Grab to get into most of the sites in District 1 unless you’re willing to walk 20-30 minutes each way. The apartment itself is fantastic, very clean and in a great building. Ahn was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. The only downsides being that the water pressure in the showers was not very strong and the ensuite bathroom fan has a squeaking sound. Every night the beer garden across the road played extremely loud music until 10pm, so on the nights when we had early morning pick-ups booked for tours, we had to wear ear plugs to go to sleep. Overall a great stay for one week.

Anything managed by the Circadian team is always 5 star, from the prompt replies to the room itself. They always include all amenities you might need, from everything to cook food in the kitchen to emergency tooth brushes if you need. I've stayed at many of their properties now (they manage over 50!) and have loved every one. The staff are also so kind and helped with me luggage at every single check in at every single location. The sofa pit in this Airbnb is so cool and is the reason I keep booking it. It's so comfortable and I loved watched movies on the projector and I loved that outside the window was a garden full of greenery. Things to note however, in comparison with their other properties (where they have always been 5 star in terms of the condition of the room, the quality of the bedding, the cleanliness and decor) this building is alot older and is more comparable to a 3 star hotel. The bathroom is also so tiny, so I couldn't image many people sharing this space.

Appartement tranquil malgré le fait qu'on soit près de l'aéroport, cinq minutes en taxi. Il y a de très bons restaurants tout près. C'est la deuxième fois que nous restons chez Teddy et nous sommes très bien recu.

We loved the cosy apartment which was great for our family. It had everything you need for a short or longer term. Only a 10 min drive to the airport but you can't hear the planes which we could watch out of the window. Plenty of food places and shops around, a huge park with playground and water park. It took us 30 min to the CBD which could easily be explored.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh City, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming, providing clear instructions for check-in and always being available to answer any questions. The location of the property was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore popular attractions, vibrant markets, and delicious local cuisine. Despite being centrally located, the space was peaceful, offering a perfect escape after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. I especially appreciated the high-speed Wi-Fi and the air conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the warm weather. I genuinely felt at home here and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

El apartamento de Quốc es excelente. Por el precio, obtienes un espacio amplio, con un estilo europeo muy bien cuidado. Uno de mis detalles favoritos fue el hermoso árbol frente a la ventana, que te permite mantener las ventanas abiertas con total privacidad. Además, cuenta con una zona de lavandería en la terraza y una piscina pequeña, pero con una vista espectacular de la ciudad. Tuve una pequeña necesidad durante mi estancia y el equipo fue muy amable y rápido en ayudarme. En general, considerando la ubicación y lo que ofrece el apartamento, me parece una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Lo único que no me convenció del todo fue la zona: es muy local. No es insegura (como en casi todo Vietnam), pero puede no ser ideal para todos los viajeros. Eso sí, en taxi estás cerca de todo, así que al final es un buen equilibrio. Definitivamente consideraría volver, especialmente por lo amplio y cómodo que es el apartamento.

第一次入住，比想像中的小，但是床跟枕頭都很舒服很棒 樓下的大門會比較難開一點點，但是不會到完全開不了的程度 房間內很乾淨，室內的電梯也蠻吸睛的，只可惜速度慢了一點點，至少不用爬樓梯 CP值算高，價格不貴 關於寄放行李比較不方便一點點

My favorite Airbnb stay so far: Everything was clean, neat and elegant luxurious. All staff members from the reception to the cleaning lady were very kind, helpful and so lovely! The pool on the 8th floor is well maintained and perfectly sized, ideal for a comfortable quiet get away. Would love to come back anytime - thank you for the great experience!

Great location. Close to the airport, decent number Vietnamese food joints within a five min walk. The ground floor has a 7-11, and a Vietnamese equivalent. The apt is cozy. Lots of closets. Ideal for a small family. Strongly recommended…
