The accommodation is highly recommended, the hosts Irina and Dominik were very friendly, nice and courteous! The city can be reached quickly and easily and even if you don't want to go to the city, the accommodation has everything you need to have relaxation or fun on site.

The house was clean, spacious and nice! It matched exactly the pictures. It was in a quiet area with lots of parking spots outside. The host was very responsive and kind! We enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice time in this great house! Very modern, nicely decorated and equipped with everything. We also liked the surroundings at Lake Brombach very much - a beautiful large swimming lake with numerous beaches, many different activities (bicycle, wakeboard, beach volleyball, aqua park, etc.) and restaurants. I'm sure we'll be back. :)

After traveling through the UK for 10 days (staying in hotels), Achim's beautiful home was just what my family of 4 (with 2 adult children) needed. House was spacious, lots of natural light, and super clean and comfortable. We were visiting family in Haimhausen and it was a quick 5 minute drive. Munich airport was an easy 20 mins away. The host went out of their way to make sure to greet us upon arrival to show us how everything worked and thoughtfully left some things for us to eat/drink. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Bavaria!

The property is located in a private house on two floors. First floor: lounge, kitchen, oven, toilet and shower, washing machine and dryer. There are three bedrooms on the second floor (at night you have to go down the stairs to the toilet). The bedrooms are heated with electric heaters, the corridor, kitchen, and lounge are heated with a wood-burning stove. When we arrived, Katya lit the stove for us, so it was very warm and pleasant in the evening and at night. Katya explained how to light the stove ourselves and we were happy to do it in the following days. The kitchen is equipped for 4-5 people including a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, there are garbage bags, towels, etc. We only lacked a microwave. In the shower, the water faucet was tight, it was difficult for the children to open the water themselves. There are no window shades, blinds, or curtains in the bedrooms. At our request, Katya provided us with a temporary solution for darkening the windows. The overall decoration of the house is very neat and beautiful, with attention to design. We liked it, we recommend it

it was a great staying in the house, it's really cozy and well decorated, it has all you need and the neighborhood is beautiful. 15 minutes away from the train stations if you walk.

We were only on site for a short time, as we arrived late and left early, but the place was very nicely decorated and the atmosphere pleasantly relaxed. For a longer stay, we would love to come back anytime!

It’s a perfect place for families who appreciate calm surroundings, tasteful design, and a practical setup for everyday life – but it’s also a great choice for couples, solo travelers, or small groups who want to relax and enjoy a stylish space. Sonja's apartment is a great place to stay while exploring Munich and it's surroundings. It had all the amenities we needed. the rainforest shower head was especially welcome, and the bed was very comfortable. Sonja and her husband were very attentive and checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. While in Finsing I recommend renting a car to be able to fully explore Munich and it's surroundings. The Erding spa is only a 15 minute drive away, and the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial is 20 minutes. You can park your car at a nearby U-Bahn and take a train into downtown Munich, which I'd recommend over driving in Munich itself. Overall Sonja's apartment made our stay in Munich unforgettable!

The last day of the European trip was spent at Karl's house, and although it was only a short night, it made people feel warm, comfortable and relaxed, and it really felt like home.Beautiful house, cozy atmosphere, if I have the chance, I want to come back and stay again, to experience this beautiful town more.

Really great location and perfect with a kid - one of the only places we saw with an actual bedroom instead of just a studio and definitely the only one that close to old town.

The birdsong wakes you up in the morning and you drink the first coffee on the balcony overlooking the countryside while the water splashes in the pond. We had a wonderful stay in Johanna's green oasis. The apartment is chicly furnished with great colors and tasteful decor. The kitchen is also very well equipped - sharp knives and well-preserved utensils. Work works with the existing WiFi most of the time. Munich is a 30-minute drive away.

The place was absolutely top! Very clean, lovingly and comfortably furnished – you can tell that the landlords really make a great effort. There were small attentions and surprises that made the stay special. A note: To get to the apartment, you have to go through the hallway of the private apartment – this may not be ideal for everyone, but it did not bother us. Overall definitely recommended – we felt very comfortable!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

It was as shown. A lot of smart-home features are installed in the apartment. We got along just fine. The dining table is huge, generous space. The bells of the numerous churches in the neighborhood are silent from 10 pm to 6 am. At first, I thought parking would be a problem. But it wasn't, and a free parking space was soon found. The stay was very satisfactory, as was the communication with the landlord.

It's a gorgeous apartment! Simply super nicely decorated, you immediately feel at home. It was all spotlessly clean. The surroundings and the location were great. Quiet location, nice parking situation and very quiet. The roller blinds on the windows made it possible to darken everything well. In the kitchen there was everything, cooking utensils really at their best. We'd love to come back next time! I would highly recommend anyone.

We felt very comfortable. The small apartment has everything you need and it is wonderfully quiet. Clean and pleasantly furnished. And although the bed is foldable, we slept wonderfully in it! The communication with the two was very good and nice and the two gave us helpful tips. The only thing you have to adjust to is that shopping is a little further away on foot. We would come back.
