With us you can live close to nature and say "Good morning" to the deer at breakfast in the garden. We have lovingly renovated our 56 square meter annex. In the bathroom and in the bedrooms you can enjoy underfloor heating. Whether as a family or business traveler, you will enjoy our four walls. Wi-Fi is available almost everywhere, so nothing stands in the way of working from home. In the well-equipped kitchen you can cook for yourself, but there is also a good restaurant in the village.

Quiet feel-good oasis | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our accommodation is the ideal base for your exploration/shopping tour in the Bavarian capital! 10 minutes by car or 2 train stations away, you will find wellness & fun at the Therme Erding! The amenities were chosen to be of absolutely high quality.
