Desiree’s place is PERFECT - we stayed for 2 weeks… Ideally located right next to Sendlinger Tor and the Marienplatz - and tons of wonderful eating, shopping , transport options - and her place is great in so many ways - stylish, clean, modern, nice kitchen, and my favorite part was the balcony for looking out on the courtyard below. I’ll be back!

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Great communication and very responsive host (including providing local recommendations throughout the city when asked). The apartment was perfect for us - decently sized bathroom, kitchenette (including a coffee machine that was highly appreciated!), comfortable bed, and balcony with seating and even flowers planted which was a nice touch! The location was convenient for exploring the rest of the city but perhaps not in the nicest or cleanest part of town (however this is reflected in the price and we still felt completely safe whilst staying there). Thank you for contributing to our wonderful stay in Munich!

His location CANNOT BE BEAT!! You are directly across from the V market and 5 minute walk from Marienplatz! Trains are also easily accessible. We traveled with our adult daughter. More like a hotel room as space is limited but we used this time to travel day trips & grab breakfast at Market!

The apartment was comfortable and the vibe was artistic and homey. Very cool. All amenities were provided and host was super responsive and helpful. Was easy to get around in spite of a lot of construction in the area. Was quiet and serene in the apartment despite being in the middle of the city. Terraces were beautiful. We only spent one night, and it was perfect. We were able to get to the apartment right after we arrived. Adi picked us up and showed us around. The apartment is chic, very quiet and the balcony overlooking the countryside is nice and sunny in the afternoon. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, we slept very well. On foot, you are via the footpath to the Isar and across the bridge right at Sendlinger Tor and thus right in the center. For a short stay we can really recommend the apartment.

We thank Verena very much again ❤️ Everything was great, she was very accommodating. We felt right at home, we didn't miss anything. I highly recommend everyone to choose this place when visiting Munich. There were so many incredibly small extras in the apartment, from shower sets to snacks or even small tissues, which I have not seen at another Airbnb. That's how I want every Airbnb host to be. 🫶 Thanks very much Verena, we will book with you again in the future!

We stayed in 4 people in David's apartment. Double room and sofa bed. Well-stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave oven. Clean and functional bathroom. The apartment is in a quiet complex, in a well-kept neighborhood. Comfortable Metro and Bus stop and also close to Olympische Einkaufzentrum Shopping Center. We had our car and found free parking near the apartment.

Small cottage with garden, which is actually dog-safe. I was unsure at first because we have a rooster that comes out everywhere (Setter) and the chickens are in sight. The heaters that we really needed in March (at night down to -3 degrees) worked very well (medium level was even sufficient) The cottage is equipped with everything you usually need. We enjoyed the time with Erich very much. Thank you for everything!

A magical, quiet and special place where you can switch to relaxation mode in no time. The space is truly gorgeous. We were there in winter & were therefore able to use especially the winter kitchen (the summer kitchen is too cold in winter). Together with 11 adults and 1 baby we were in the accommodation for the weekend. We felt super comfortable, walked to Wasserburg am Inn in the afternoon and cooked in the evening. The house is fully equipped. We enjoyed every minute and would be happy to come back!

I visited Munchen due to the Bauma fair. The location was excellent due to the use of S1/S3. The place is really nice and very quiet. Carola is an amazing person who wants to help on everything. Highly reccomended! I Wil try to be here on Bauma 2028!
