We immediately felt welcome at Sabine's farm. She gave us many tips for the area directly upon arrival and showed us the apartment. A fire in the stove was already prepared so we could arrive and relax right away. Communication was always possible without problems and the sauna, as well as the massage, were the icing on the cake during our stay. If we need a few days off from everyday life again, we would come back any time!

Lovely home with beautiful yard to enjoy. Home is within a 10-15 minute walk of store and train to Munich.

Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

We had a very nice week. The house is really nice and cozy, the garden large and very beautifully landscaped. When we arrived, the sauna area was unfortunately not cleaned, but Benedikt made sure that this was made up for promptly.

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

Place was great for our party of 6. Hans was very communicative with us when we had any questions. We would definitely pick Han’s place again when going to Germany.

The Vilstalhütte is simply fantastic – perfect for unwinding and re-energizing. The location is beautiful and the cabin is well equipped, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. You can tell right away: It was planned with heart here. Nic is super friendly, helpful and makes you feel completely comfortable. Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a special getaway!

There were four of us and we had booked the place for a workation. Also great to reach by public transport. The apartment is very nicely decorated and really has everything you need. The pool and cozy outdoor area are the highlight. Thomas was always easy to reach and had helpful tips for us! We will be happy to come back. (:

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

We had a really nice time, the cottage is very cozy and everything needed was available. Shopping was also quick to do nearby. There was a great nursery in the neighborhood. And we had nice conversations with the landlord. We will be happy to come back.

The property is only recommended for the catchment area of Messe München. Lots of bedrooms, furnished kitchen and large bathroom. Parking is also available directly in front of the door! Would book again anytime if needed

When you look at the pictures of a place, you always assume and prepare yourself for worse. Because, you know, pictures could be deceptive. But, this place, the pictures are not enough to show how cozy, comfortable and useful it is! And me and my family are so grateful for such a nice and helpful hospitality to our host Steffi.

the house is very comfortable, spacious, as in the pictures, clean, quite. the kitchen was well equipped, even more than we needed. we had fun cooking nights. we stayed there for Bauma exhibitions and it was ideal distance. we will definitely come back in the next expo!

It was a great place to stay for a weekend. We felt totally comfortable and the communication with Dagmar was great! You can jog wonderfully in the nearby park and the train station and some restaurants in Pasing are within walking distance.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We stayed with Stefanie on the way through. She was a great host and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The place matches the pictures and was completely sufficient for the night. Children definitely have fun here.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. We spent a very nice week with the family in the great villa and felt very comfortable. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The house is very idyllic from the outside area to the furnishings and it is quietly located. We lacked nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Alex and his mother and we could also contact them at any time. The house is located close to Lake Ammersee, which we could easily reach on foot. We can give at least 5 stars and wish the other guests such a nice time in Villa Matilda and a good rest. Many thanks to Angela, Alex and his mother!

Hannah and Julian's house was just awesome. So much attention to detail and so much passion put into the accommodation. Madness. Especially all the amenities were sensational. A huge Weber grill, PS5, huge TV, games galore and a well-equipped kitchen! Thank you - it was really a lot of fun!

We had a wonderful stay at Achim and Elena’s beautiful home in Eching, Munich—not just once, but twice during our trip! We loved the property so much that we stayed from December 17-23 and returned again from January 6-11. Both Achim and his wife Elena were fantastic hosts. Elena greeted us during our first stay, which made us feel very welcomed right from the start. During our second stay, their thoughtfulness truly stood out—they graciously left meat in the fridge for us, knowing it was a holiday in Munich and supermarkets would be closed. This kind gesture went above and beyond and made us feel very cared for. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would love to stay here again during a future visit to Munich!
