Il Poderone is a typical 19th-century Umbrian farmhouse built in local lake stone, renovated in keeping with the original spirit by the owner, Giuseppina, who lives in one of the apartments. The other apartments of the house are dedicated to guests, all equipped with kitchen/living room, bedrooms, and bathroom. It is located 50 meters from the beaches and 500 meters from the village of S. Feliciano, in a strategic position for visiting the most beautiful centers of Tuscany and Umbria.

On the ground floor, there is the living area, equipped with a sofa bed with two single beds and a kitchen with a dishwasher.
