the place is lovely surrounded by woods with a breathtaking view. ideal to go with dogs and children. strategic location to visit the enchanting villages of Umbria. the house is lovely, we were there in winter and the floor heating was very pleasant. the bedroom is very spacious and the house is modern. I hope to return in the spring. Uma with her mother Lucia and her partner Luca are delightful and empathetic people. We immediately felt at home and they are available for any request. Thanks for everything ❤️

Renata is amazing. We felt very welcome and our little son was even spoiled with a nice farewell gift. Lovely breakfast available and Renata fry a very good egg of eggs! She is happy to help with excursions and advice for the area. She also took us on farm visits to entertain our son. All in all, a really lovely stay where we could have easily spent several days.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Stella, made us feel so welcome – she was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa itself was lovely, and the highlight for us (especially the children!) was the pool. It was perfectly maintained and cleaned daily, which made it a joy to use every day. The pool area could also be shut off when not used to keep the children safe. Stella also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, all of which served amazing food at very reasonable prices – a real bonus! We did manage to walk out to a few restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Tuscany. We would definitely love to return. Very nice apartment with a good, quiet location. Particularly beautiful is the large pool overlooking the wide countryside of Umbria. Although somewhat remote, there is a small supermarket in the village and also larger markets are easily accessible.

We had wonderful stay at Casale Zeno. The pristine environment is exactly what we needed and the beautiful sceneries surrounding the property were divine. Jo and Tony are very friendly hosts and it was pleasure staying at their place. We really appreciate all the small details provided in the accommodation along with the super comfortable mattress and pillows. The house is a perfect base for exploring Orvieto and the fantastic region around it. We would happily come back and recommend it. Thank you for a magical stay!

An absolutely wonderful place, this was the best Air-BNB we have ever stayed in. The owners are lovely and put so much love and attention to detail into every aspect, not just the property but the gardens too. We felt extremely welcome and comfortable right from the start and throughout our stay. The thoughtful arrangement of properties and trees and hedges ensures all guests have privacy when they want it but at the same time easy access to all facilities and to the owners. The pool was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed using it most days between trips out and the thoughtful provision of garden games made our stay the best. Rosi, Stefano and Valentina are the perfect hosts, we would love to return and highly recommend this fabulous place.

A fairytale location- so beautiful! We attended a wedding close by and could not have picked a more stunning spot to use as our base with our two young adult children. Gorgeous pool surrounded by lush trees and gardens overlooking the rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside. Outdoor tables to chill and dine al fresco. The apartment was cool inside and very spacious. 3 x large bedrooms all with lovely views and comfortable Queen beds. Large kitchen/dining area and separate lounge. Good showers. No washing machine and lacking sharp knives and some kitchen utensils such as platters and large plates, but nothing could detract from how idyllic the place is. Absolutely amazing - we highly recommend it! 💙🩵

Being hosted in Nino's house was a great experience. We found everything you need to stay and the comforts you could look for while on vacation. The house was very clean and cared for in many details and also showed attention by also providing accessories dedicated to 4-legged friends. The kitchen is very well equipped. The directions were accurate and very useful were the suggestions provided by Nino. The photos exactly reflect the place we stayed and the outdoor spaces are very relaxing and absolutely to enjoy. We look forward to returning to the first opportunity

Virginia is a very friendly and responsive host. The accommodation was extremely relaxing and i would highly recommend a stay there. Quite and a real farm life style, yet close to a lot of tourists sites .

Excellent stay in Silvia's beautiful and spacious apartment, also equipped with all the useful amenities. Silvia was extremely welcoming and adapted to our check-in time. If we come back to Aquapendente, we'll come back to Silvia's.

Jeremy’s place was lovely, very peaceful location and great to have use of both the garden at the back and the terrace at the front. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were comfortable. The whole place remained cool even though it was hot outside. The only downside for us was that you have to exit the house via the stairs at the front to get to the back garden, just a minor point but a bit of a challenge with young kids. Overall we had a wonderful stay and Jeremy was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Amazing and peaceful stay in the heart of Umbria!

We were looking for a place to relax and feel at home and so it was. Rooms and clean, large and cozy common spaces. Andrea is a person you feel like you've always known, friendly and helpful. That his passion is music, there are no doubts and he manages to drag guests into his world between musical instruments and amazing records left available to everyone. A place I recommend!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Maria’s place was such a treat for a long weekend. There are many things to do outdoors and for us it was perfect to relax with the sound of nature 24/7. There are many kids activities in the house (toys, games, puzzles$ and the nature surrounding the house is fun to explore! Mini playground is also great just across the street. We enjoyed her hospitality and kindness. Maria was always responsive, helpful, and gave great restaurant and activities recommendations.

Fabio is a very kind and professional host. The view from the apartment is beautiful and the apartment is very nice, with spacious rooms. We'll be back.

The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. Comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need , excellent residence services and very friendly staff

we had an amazing time in piagaro,and Thomas gave so mutch information about the Village and a guide around when we arrived. that was really good. he was also a really interesting and reflected man. We had some really good conversations and I would love to come back to his place. I used the cafe every morning for the morning coffee just to take in the atmosphere in the village with the most lovely staff there . LOVELY 😃. truly a special stay for us. we wish them the very best 🥰 Morten with family
