It consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with a portable AIR CONDITIONER. Very close to S. Ercolano, S. Domenico, Palazzo Penna, MANU, the end of the mini-metro line, it is served by many free parking lots, markets, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and bars.

Our studio apartment is located in the center of Perugia, in the Borgobello district, one of the most beautiful and lively neighborhoods in the city. Although it is in a historic building, it has an elevator, but unfortunately, as it is subject to the Superintendency, it DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. From our accommodation, in 10 minutes you can walk to the center of the Acropolis and visit the architectural and artistic beauties that our city has to offer.

Casetta Umbra

Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Completely renovated in a warm and welcoming rustic style, with reuse of original materials for floors and ceiling.

Immersa in un giardino di proprietà, confina con la tranquilla e monumentale via del Tempio. Dista 10 min a piedi da Piazza IV novembre e 70 metri da un parcheggio libero su strada video sorvegliato (vedi foto).

The house of Crafts and Arts, recently renovated and modernized with all the comfort that a well arranged flat could offer. The double bed is comfortable and spacious, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the New Saint Mary’s church and on the city in general. In the bathroom you’ll find a shower designed to give you a pleasant regenerating break.

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
