Located in Via Guerriera, it is a 50-square-meter apartment with EXPOSED BEAMS, bright, on the 3rd floor, without an elevator, of a recently renovated building. It consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. It is equipped with a portable AIR CONDITIONER. Very close to S. Ercolano, S. Domenico, Palazzo Penna, MANU, the end of the mini-metro line, it is served by many free parking lots, markets, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and bars.

Super last second June

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

Elegant and characteristic mini apartment in the historic center of Perugia. It is located in an ancient 15th-century building a few steps from Corso Vannucci and the University for Foreigners, close to the Arco dei Gigli. The building overlooks Via Bontempi, a few meters from Piazza San Severo, where the famous fresco by Raphael "Trinity and Saints" is located. Near the building is the Via della Viola, a characteristic alley animated by typical local and renowned restaurants.

Our studio apartment is located in the center of Perugia, in the Borgobello district, one of the most beautiful and lively neighborhoods in the city. Although it is in a historic building, it has an elevator, but unfortunately, as it is subject to the Superintendency, it DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. From our accommodation, in 10 minutes you can walk to the center of the Acropolis and visit the architectural and artistic beauties that our city has to offer.

Casetta Umbra

Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

Magnificent apartment located in a historic 14th-century building of Roman origin nestled in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, on a historic farm. The furniture is renovated and comfortable. Large, bright, functional space with an all-Umbrian view, surrounded by the vast vineyard, centuries-old olive groves, enchanting landscapes, large garden and other magnificent plants. 10 km from the historic center of Perugia and 10 km from Lake Trasimeno.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

The apartment is close to the city center, 50 meters from the Minimetro 'Pincetto' terminal station. It is in the university and court area. It is bright, quiet, in an elegant condominium; it consists of 4 rooms and two bathrooms. Two beautiful terraces overlook the Assisi Valley. It is outside the traffic-restricted zone. It is therefore possible to unload luggage in front of the entrance by car. With free or paid street parking.
