Beautiful apartment breezy and silent, immersed in nature and bush only 10 minutes away from the city center by car. Is located at ground floor of a one-family villa, with independent entrance and view on a big garden with vegetable garden. Is composed by a double room with a double bed, a bathroom, the kitchen and a big living room with two other optional beds. The villa is located in a residential hill just outside the center of Perugia, where there are a lot of other villas and country houses. 5 minute away there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. 10 minutes away there is the Natural Park of Monte Tezio, ideal place where to practice trekking in the nature. Public transport are guaranteed in the day but i suggest to come with car to move easily in the evening. To rent for touristic use. Don't hesitate to write us for more infos!!!

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
