What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! In May 2025, we spent a week at Federica's - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can directly look out over the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi - simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and much more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess - Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Overall, absolutely recommended - it makes you feel right at home- we would love to come back anytime. Our rating 5 stars + Best regards from Joanna and Bogdan.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

My son and I had a great stay in Federica’s house. It’s very spacious with great facilities including a balcony from the main bedroom and a very large garden which was great to sit out in. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, there was a large kitchen which all the necessary facilities and a few extra ones. We thoroughly recommend Federica’s home.

This space is an absolute GEM. A beautiful home with all amenities you’d need to feel taken care of an at peace. I don’t have words for how kind, helpful and accommodating Vittoria was before and during our stay. She is the perfect host. The space is very aesthetically pleasing, full of history and character. Huge spotless bathroom made me feel like a queen. Kitchen, living room and terrace all gorgeous and allowing for quiet, healing time at home in between day trips to all the amazing Umbrian towns and countryside. Vittoria gave us a tour/taste testing of her olive oil making. It was incredibly delicious, interesting, educational and beautiful. We bought a bunch of oil and homemade noodles to fly back with us for family and friends. Thank you so much for this beautiful property to rest at during our travels in Italy. The trails in and out of the olive groves, the grapevines covering the terrace out our back door and your wonderful caring heart, Vittoria, made our stay unforgettable:)

We stayed with Simona for a week in May with our dog and felt very comfortable right away. The property and garden are a dream. Super nice location, very spacious and many opportunities to make it cozy - whether on the terrace or by the pool. Her two dogs are very friendly and got along well with our dog. Whether traveling with a dog or without - we would highly recommend this accommodation. It is suitable both as a starting point to explore the region, as well as to simply have a good time on site in this fantastic place and simply enjoy nature and tranquility.

An oasis of peace in a beautiful setting. The agriturismo is very cozy with many seating areas and a beautiful large swimming pool. The studio was very nicely decorated and equipped with a private balcony with dining table. Roberta is very friendly and had good tips to explore the area. We had a wonderful time.

Staying at Agrigreen La Lama was hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, Rita welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality that we felt at home. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm—surrounded by nature and the kind of quiet that soothes the soul. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was getting to cook in Rita’s own home, which she generously opened to us. It was such a unique and personal experience that made us feel truly connected to the space and the spirit of the farm. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, feel grounded, and enjoy genuine hospitality, Rita’s space is an absolute gem. I’m already looking forward to the day I can return.

Cases Nucci was a magnificent place. The views are amazing. The history behind the property was so cool. Ricardo was so nice and helpful from checking in, recommendations, and showing us around. I would love to come back here again. What a hidden gem!

We stayed with our little dog in May. Excellent studio apartment and beautiful location, especially very quiet and peaceful, despite the relative proximity of a residential area and the street. Maddalena left us their local products in the kitchen, for a hearty breakfast. The proximity to the beautiful Umbrian villages is very convenient. Highly recommended!

Very quiet accommodation in a beautiful countryside of Umbria with only birds and sun to wake you up in the morning. Lots of great villages nearby and of course Perouse and Assisi! Hugues also has plenty of great places to recommend!

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Very central in lively area. Very close to minimetro which is great to access the train station.

Wow! From the moment I walked in with Tommaso, I was absolutely stunned by how beautiful the place was—truly amazing! The location couldn't have been better, and Tommaso was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. He even kindly answered a late-night call from me about something I probably could have figured out on my own (sorry, Tommaso!). I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Simonetta really is the hostess with the mostest, The room offered is spacious, spotlessly clean with quality fixtures, fittings and furniture. Fabulous beamed high-ceilings make the room feel huge, And the large windows let in lots of natural light. The bed was super-comfortable, And the floor - for a very old building its beautifully tiled and squeak-free. From the outset Simonetta was on a mission to ensure we made the best of Perugia, with excellent recommendations for things to do, see and eat. We've visited Perugia many times over the years - but with Simonetta's help discovered even more to love about Umbria's capitol, Perugia. Grazie Mille, We look forward to visiting again.

Had a wonderful time staying in Deseos’s place! Couldn’t have asked for a more central location. Dropping the bags was slightly stressful with a car, but if you can carry your things, suggest parking down in the free parking lot at the bottom of the mini metro as the metro runs every few minutes and costs only €1.50 per ride. The apartment is just a five minute walk from the last mini metro stop. Perugia is so walkable and we really enjoyed being in the heart of it, eating at many of the local restaurants. If you’re into vintage shopping also recommend checking out Paleos Vintage. Deseos was incredibly helpful, sorting out any questions or needs we had efficiently and kindly. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a lush stay in Perugia.

The house is beautiful, a little gem. Cecilia is super!!!! She accompanied us throughout the stay with tips, addresses... always very attentive and caring. It will remain in our hearts 🥰

I chose Roberto's place because of its location and the old style of the interior decorating. Both turned out to be spectacular. So hard to find. It's in a very old building and, be warned, there are three levels to go up, split into six flights of old stone stairs. You must hold the illuminated button on the light switches for a second or two to get the stair lighting to come on. The interior design is a nice old style though newer, it's furnished with beautiful old furniture, and the artwork is wonderful. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils you would need. Nothing was lacking anywhere. I would definitely return to this place and recommend it highly to anyone.

If you want to stay near the city and at the same time close to nature, Meinolf's place is for you! Amidst the olive trees, with a breathtaking view, this beautiful typical residence is the perfect base for visiting the area. In addition, Meinolf is particularly kind and welcoming, as is her son.
