Vacation rentals with breakfast in Perugia

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

Short stay in a lovely place. We were really satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the place we stayed in. Very spacious apartment with all the amenities and attention to the smallest details. Self check-in without a hitch and Federica gives all the information clearly and on time. Congratulations on the accommodation, we will definitely be back.

The apartment is large, in a quiet area and close to Assisi. The garden helps you relax and take a walk. Very convenient indoor parking. Our two puppies enjoyed the garden and the space available in the house. Hosts are super helpful and friendly. Recommended if you want to visit Assisi and its surroundings but also stay in peace

We highly recommend Federica’s place. The location was among the vineyards and the view was spectacular. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the back courtyard. We had privacy and enjoyed visits from Federica’s cats. We felt like we were home. Also, Federica gave us a great restaurant recommendation. Good morning, I'm very happy with the vacation in Gubbio. Federica and her cousin Elena were very helpful and welcoming. The house is very nice and has a beautiful garden.

We spent three very pleasant days in Felicita's accommodation, and we appreciated her friendliness, cordiality and kindness, she made us find everything we needed for breakfast coffee, milk, jam, rusks etc. The right apartment for two people, it was clean and tidy and is in a great location. I recommend to those who want to visit Spoleto and its surroundings to stay at Felicita's, we had a very positive experience.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

The apartment is a two-storey studio in a house with two further apartements, that of the landlords and a second holiday apartment. Both the landlords’ apartment and the studio have roofed terraces with a wonderful view onto the Valle Umbra. Although landlords hardly use their terrace, a construction between the two terraces that would ensure privacy, would have been nice. The studio is tastefully furnished and artfully decorated. The landlords had prepared a welcome box, when we arrived!

The house is amazing: it has a beautiful panoramic view above a part of historical center of Perugia, two balconies, three levels and three bathrooms. It's located in a historical building, yet is very confortable and clean. It is close to the Museum of Contemporary Art and the historical center of Perugia. We reached the adress very easy using the minimetro of Perugia. Mauro was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We certainly recomand it for any visit in Perugia!

We stayed here for three nights. The location is great for visiting the historic center of Arezzo on foot and the area is really very quiet. Being the historic center, you have to park outside because of the ZTL (active at certain times and days) but in 5/10 minutes on foot there are parking areas. Great starting point also for visiting the surroundings, Val di Chiana and Val Tiberina.

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

First time in Perugia and we could not find better: central area, beautiful walk in the center to get to the main squares. Super cozy house, very well furnished, very clean and with all comforts: hairdryer, towels, bed linen, coffee, tea, cookies, city map, directions to the best restaurants. Nicoletta was an incredible host: always responsive and very proactive, never intrusive and super helpful! Self-checkin and self-checkout but your presence was still a security! If I had to come back, I would choose this place again!

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

My husband and I fell in love with Olimpia’s place. We found it so beautiful and charming. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the gardens, the home, the pool, the view of the Tuscan countryside from the pool, and the delightfully strong coffee in the mornings in a romantic setting on the back patio. Olimpia and her sons were so kind and inviting. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Property located 400 meters from the cathedral of Orvieto. Beautiful house with a window overlooking the green of the valleys. The property is impeccably maintained by the lady. Excellent breakfast, ample and varied for every need. Unforgettable

One of the best homes we've been to. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!
