Monthly Rentals in Perpignan

We had a lot of pleasure to have rented this apartment, it is not big (which perfectly matches the description and photos provided by the hosts) but well equipped and well located (very close to the train station and the city center and at the same time in a quiet courtyard). We were also very satisfied with the cleanliness of the space. And I enjoyed the interior - very nice, without unnecessary elements:) And the owners are really very welcoming and caring 😊

We booked the accommodation in an emergency, Carole was very responsive. The check-in at the loft was done correctly, everything was great. Aesthetically the loft is similar to the photo, it is a very clean and functional place. It is located in the city center, but once the windows are closed you can't hear any noise. The common entrance and stairs are not impressive but once you pass the door of the loft you are pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the place. We 100% recommend it and will be happy to come back for our next stay.

This was my second visit to Perpignan and this apartment, because it's brilliant. Being central means everything is within reach, including all the various transport options, which are exceptional value. It was a real treat. Thank you for having me again.
