Loft vacation rentals in Perpignan

The house and garden are very lovingly designed. We were received in a very friendly and helpful manner by Joan's daughter and son-in-law. We were also able to use the pool in October. It is important to know that the house is located in the small village of La Valletta and not directly in Llanca. In the village, there is a bar and a restaurant, here you can eat well. In the village, there are some hiking trails. There is also a bus that can take you to Llanca and Firgueres. The travel times of Google Maps were correct, the bus stop is located on the main road at the end of the small road that branches off at the restaurant. At the entrance to Llanca there is a larger supermarket, tourist information and a bus stop. If there is anything negative, it is the main road, which can be heard from the outside. If I'm back in the area, I'd book the place again.

We had a great time at Marielle's place with our 3 children from 16 to 2 years old. We were able to enjoy the accommodation as well as the very nice terrace. Marielle is very attentive and responsive so that the stay goes smoothly

Beautifully decorated, 2 bathrooms and showers, 3 nice sized bedrooms, big kitchen with everything you need. Would definitely come back and stay. Kind enough to give us a late checkout 🙏

It's a highly recommended stay. It's relaxation and silence if it's the perfect place. You are in the middle of the countryside surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. And the beach is a 15-minute drive. The hosts, Lorena and Guillermo, are very friendly, waiting to fix any issues that might arise and very correct. Although they live above the two studios, at no time did you feel guarded or overwhelmed by rules. The other way around, you feel at home. If we can, we'll be back. If you need to disconnect, here's the place.

We had a lovely weekend in the loft. everything was great. Clean accommodation it smelled very good when we arrived and nicely decorated. A very nice sea view, a very well-equipped kitchen, very good bedding, reversible air conditioning wifi and a very well appointed roof terrace even if the weather did not allow us to enjoy. Thanks to Isaac We will definitely be back.

A week before going I needed to cancel it for medical reasons and the owner refused. It really made me angry, but since they weren't going to give me my money back, I went anyway. I am grateful that everything happened like this, since I was able to spend 4 days alone, quiet, with my space, with views, very comfortable, in a pleasant space and spending time with myself, I didn't know I needed it so much! You have the Camí de Ronda (pilgrimage route) a 10-minute walk away and it's spectacular. The apartment is small but very cozy, you have kitchen utensils, towels, soap... and even a hair dryer and iron! The common area is amazing, very nice and with different spaces to enjoy both day and night. I'll be back for sure ;)

Had a wonderful stay in the apartment and in Banyuls! The apartment is perfectly situated in the city. Will come back to spend more time here!
